TV channels was no good! They should have switch to smart TV to accommodate world wide travelers. I don’t understand why they only kept a few old free English movies - it’s such a bummer. They don’t offer international plugging devices for their guests. They suggest you go out and buy a new one.

The air condition in the breakfast room is set to absolute freezing. Take a jacket, or you cannot stand still more than 20 min.

Be frankly, the daily breakfasts have much room to improve. Like the soy milk, why not just leave it plain? Just let customers decide to add sugar or salt. I do know what style is the breakfast? Eastern or western?

Location is excellent. The staff was nice to prepare some breads, yogurt and orange as breakfast because we have to catch the early flight.

The AC (which works well otherwise) is very loud when it switches on, compared to modern ACs you see all over Asia. The bed is relatively hard. They have a sign saying that you can get a mattress topper to make it softer, but both times I called they were out of stock. I didn't get back pain or anything, but it's not the most comfortable.

The breakfast was really nice, a big buffet with both English and Chinese options. The hotel rooms are spacious and quiet, and get cleaned daily. The bathroom is clean, with very good water pressure. The staff is friendly. The location is quite central on Hong Kong island, with an MTR station in walking distance, and Hong Kong's trams go through the street. I had a "city view" room. My corner windows offered great views across the Harbour.

We had a very good view of the harbour. It was a pleasure to sleep with the curtains drawn to see the night sky and the morning clouds. It’s also very clean. In terms of comfort and facilities, it matches the price paid. It’s no frills. I also appreciate that the hotel is within walking distance from the MTR. That saved a lot of time!

The only problem was the bathroom drainage. When I was bathing I had to stand in a pool of water which felt really weird.

Best view and best location in Central Hongkong. Walking on the streets feels so cool. Wifi and every facility were awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room and bed were comfortable, offering a good view and effective air conditioning. It was fairly clean. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast options were good.

The bathroom is very small, which is fine but the water drains out extremely slow.

I had an issue with the safe in my room. I am sure that when I left the room to was locked and when I came back it was unlocked. Nothing in it was missing therefore I didn’t think it was justified for me to go make a complaint. On my last day as I was checking out, a father and son also complained about the same exact thing happening to them. Things inside of the safe had been moved but nothing was missing. That would be the only bad thing I would have to say about the property.

I traveled by myself on this trip but the room was definitely big enough for a couple to stay in it. The property was well located and the staff was extremely nice.
