Very nice place and nice location , not far from MRT , Bus stop and market. Here near Mong Kok shoppling area. You can be here by bus (no need to transfer) 50mins from Airport. Nice view from room (16th floor). If you looking for 4peoples room and near Mong Kok , this will be one of most your choice

I found a small cockroach in the lift lobby. The room is clean, but the building might be a bit old.

The location is very good. It is only 2-3 minutes walk from Prince Edward MRT. If they can provide more amenities such as small fork and spoon and microwave service, that would be great.

No closet/wardrobe to pack your cloths. We had to let our things in the luggage bags.

The staff was friendly, very helpful. The view from the 23rd floor was amazing. Many bus stations nearby, also the metro station is maybe 3 minutes away. We went inside the main door, the lobby is on the 7th floor.

I dont see the hairdryer in the room.

They have a room with 2-king bed for a family w 2 kids which is hard to find in HK. Location is close to MTR. Many restaurant for breakfast nearby. Clean room.

The aircon was difficult to control so it got very cold sometimes. We also had to pay a deposit equivalent to £100 (GBP) refundable on check-out. We were told this could take up to 15 days but I've not been waiting for more then 3 weeks.

The room was very high up in the building so we had a great view over of the skyline. The bed was very large and comfortable and the room was a good size. Very convenient for getting the metro.

-The hotel is very close to MTR. -There is a convenient store (7-11) nearby. - the room is a bit small but very clean and fully equipped. -the hotel has standard security and helpful staffs.

The hotel reception area on Level 7 is a bit small, not enough seats when many guests are present all at once. The movement of the lift can be rather noisy. Too bad the hotel does not include a gym.

Location is convenient, very near to mtr station and many places to have meals nearby. A 7-Eleven and minimart around the vicinity is also a plus. Our room with 4 beds and a second washroom is spacious, and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. Hotel lobby staff at the ground floor never fails to help open the glass doors for us hotel guests and greet us amicably. Hotel receptionists at the checkin checkout counter are also polite and helpful. Appreciate!

Need to display an emergency exit route map and instructions at all lift lobbies.

Kudos to the team of housekeepers who keep the room clean, neat and tidy daily and replenishment of basic amenties. Front desk staff and security at ground level are friendly and courteous. No hassle check-in. Conveniently located near MTR, eateries, 7/11 store, octopus card operated laundrette, shopping malls, cross boundary express bus station, access from and to airport via A21 and E21 public transport etc. Still maintaining the same Le Prabelle's standard as in my first stay in the hotel in Mar 2019.
