Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

MalaysiaAs I didn’t have time to try out the facilities or the Restaurant I cannot comment on that however if anything, the drivers of the airport shuttles could perhaps help with loading/unloading of bags from the luggage at the airport. At the hotel the luggage was handled by the porters.
Great to have a more modern and new hotel at the airport. The others have been horrible..The proximity to the Airport Express/MTR train was a bonus and took only 20+ minutes to get into central. The Airport Shuttle was excellent as well and I was surprised that they even dropped you at the departure level when departing. The room was clean, very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was fantastic. The Check in Staff Vincent was very pleasant and helpful and checkin was very speedy. Perfect hotel for a one night stay or even a short stay in HKG as the transportation to and from the City is excellent and cheaper than a taxi or Uber.

United KingdomI can't fault this hotel as a departure/ landing/ stopover solution. If you want to visit HK, it's a long way from the centre so not a place I would recommend for that purpose - but that wasn't our purpose!
This was a one night stay pre-flight and we just wanted quiet comfort with easy access to HK airport. We got exactly that plus a very nice meal in the hotel restaurant and a sense that we were being treated as guests rather than passers through. The best airport hotel I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in a lot!!).

United StatesHowever, the whole time I was there it was cold throughout the hotel, our room and the lobby and the restaurant. We called the front desk about the heat in our room and they sent maintenance to check in it. He said it was working but we were still cold. Finally just asked for extra blankets.
Overall a nice location. The room was spacious and well laid out. .

New ZealandLoved the 25m pool! Swam 500m which really helped to stretch out and relax the body after a 14 hour flight! And the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were an added treat! The airport shuttle and the shuttle into Tung Chung were great and made getting around easy. Most of all the staff were amazing! So friendly, kind and helpful. We will definitely make the Sky Marriott our regular stopover hotel! Thank you so much!
