Hotel lobby and bar a bit quiet but perhaps to be expected given the location is very close to the airport Not sure if this is specific to Hong Kong culture but the spa was single sex and the steam room, jacuzzi and and sauna were located in changing rooms. We were hoping to go as a couple but ended up having to solo spa! Swimming pool is mixed sex

Breakfast choice was very good and fresh, and there was even a fresh omelette station cooked to order. Fresh warm pancakes and waffles on offer. Great choice of Chinese, continental and American style breakfast. The room was very spacious for Hong Kong. The bed was very comfy!! The room is well equipped with This Works toiletries, toothbrush kit, mouthwash, bathrobe and slippers. Went to Man Ho restaurant for dinner and tried the set menu which was very tasty, with an good range of Cantonese food on display. The service from staff is excellent - if you need something you can call the service centre who will help you with anything

I booked the room for 4 person but the room only provide stuffs for 2 which is quite a waste of time to contact and wait for all things to be done.

Theres a lot of activities you could don in there. All facilities were good.

Housekeeping not having a power adapter. I had to buy one from the hotel.....

Great location as we landed at 2230 dead-tired. First time flying into that airport. Don't try to walk there, get the shuttle. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast buffet was much better than expected.

Hard to think of a single thing; but no local restaurants; hotel lounge excellent, though pricey!

Staff exceedingly helpful and personable; special accolades to Joe and the concierge staff; sorry, too numerous to mention! Helped immensely with travel arrangements to the city etc. needed a doctor's visit which the staff (Joe) arranged at the airport medical centre. In spite of an extremely busy weekend they arranged for our extended stay which was much appreciated!! Thank you Joe and staff!! Proximity to the airport public transit system is a real bonus; hotel shuttle was excellent!

We don’t really like the bathtub as shower which it is a bit difficult to get in and out( especially kids).

We enjoyed everything while we stayed. Nice location, near to Citygate for shopping and food. And also provides the shuttle bus to the airport. We will definitely come back to stay here again if we visit HK next time. The bed is super soft, so does the pillow.

more expensive than we’d like to spend on an airport hotel but very worth it. rooms are great. service was so quick (at check in, room service, breakfast). breakfast great, lots of selection. our flight was in the evening so we were able to leave luggage and go out for the day and they then let us use the showers in the spa to get ready before our flight. highly recommend!
