View is disappointing, facing a wall of another building. Only two electrical sockets. Would be better if a floor towel is provided to dry our feet upon stepping out of the wet bathroom. Soundproofing is an issue. For Booking.com, the correct location is at the corner of Canton Rd and Soy St.

Main factor here is value for money, for a proper hotel, it's more affordable than many other properties around, good for us as we don't stay in the room often. Room looks dated, bound to have mouldy spots, but it's bright, and kept clean, towels changed everyday, good job by the daily housekeeping. Roomy enough to lay our luggage on the floor. Aircon works fine, same goes to its WiFi, just need to check the connection when returning back to the room. Used its fridge and kettle all the time. Bed is comfortable, pillow a bit thin though. Bathroom is spacious, very hot water available for showers. Staff are generally ok, some reception and housekeeping staff are more friendly and helpful than others. Allowed us to store our luggage at its already compact lobby after check-out. A few minutes' walk to the nearest MTR, and the bus stop for the airport. The area is surrounded by many hardware shops, but there's also many restaurants, stalls, supermarkets, wet markets, night markets, cafes, convenience stores, malls, money exchange, even a park, all nearby.

The room is small and the door in the bathroom was installed wrong way, once other person is in the shower you cant get out of the shower while other person using the sink or the toilet as the door open inside instead of outside, on our first day was okay but, after that it become really annoying thing. Also the mini fridge was not clean and has build molds inside, we asked the reception to clean it, we stayed there for 6 days and the fridge never get cleaned, so disappointed we wanted to buy food like fruits and drinks to put inside the fridge. but because it never gets clean, we kind of don't use it as it is fifty and mouldy, not safe to put food due to hygienic purposes 😢

Love the location very close to everything, especially the night market. Highly recommended for location wise and money value wise

The Wi-Fi was very inconsistent and didn't work half the time. Anytime you went to connect to it it would shut you off in a matter of seconds and it was extremely difficult to watch any shows such as netflix due to this.

The location was in a great spot, the train station is only a short walk so it's easy to get around the area and explore. The room was as expected and it was clean when we arrived. The cleaning staff were so kind.

The extra taxes charged were more than the original amount stated when the reservation was made. We left our suitcases for some hours in the lobby on the day of departure but they were not constantly being attended to - creating a security concern.

The room was generally clean and beds were comfortable. The location in Mong Kok was excellent. Good Wifi.

No bidet. The twin bed is not twin. IT is a single bed.

The Location. Near the Ladies market, food courts, around 5minutes to MRT station. Safe. The front desk is very accommodating, they try to answer your queeries the best they can.

Very dated interior (rusts in bathroom ceiling, wallpaper peeling off). Small table/desk. Barely space for wardrobe. *MAJOR ISSUES* - VERY poor soundproof - can literally hear what next door is saying, constantly have couples engaging in intimate activities which can be heard - heavy construction beside hotel - alarms sounding off early in the morning, afternoon, and evening
