Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomstaff are very rude, poor english speaking. falsely advertised swimming pool and gym facilities. they are closed and you can not use them. There is no housekeeping, if you want to change your sheets you have to get them at reception and change everything yourself. same goes for towels etc. the aircon in the room is really really loud and makes it impossible to sleep. horrible smell in the corridors.

We know the hotel had a double bed yet the staff at the lobby wouldn’t help us even with that! We payed way more than with booking and didn’t even get a twin room honestly the service is really bad and you should improve that

GermanyI am fine with a small room, without any wardrobe. At least I can open my luggage completely by the entrance after closing the door. But it's really strange and insecure to find a safe box inside the bedside table, which can be moved easily. It means someone can easily take the whole bedside table away including the safe. (Don't trust the safe box) The next thing is the toilet. I'm not tall but my knee can reach and touch the bathtub when I sit in the toilet. Imagine someone taller than me could be definitely uncomfortable. The worst part is checking out. To make sure I can store my luggage for a few hours afterward, I asked during check-in and the answer is no problem. However, when I check out, it changed to NO, with the reason of policy change. So I asked for suggestions about any place to store my luggage, the receptionist said: " I don't know". I never heard of or experience a hotel without a luggage storage service. It's even worst that they change their mind so suddenly, plus without giving any alternative or suggestion.
The location is perfect and very convenient. Convenient stores, restaurants, and supermarkets are all nearby. Of course, the excellent Seaview room is a bonus. The cleaning staffs are nice and helpful.

United KingdomIf you want a cheap room, this is the place for you. Rooms are tiny. No wardrobe. Clingy plastic curtain in tiny shower. Room wasn’t particularly clean. Bed was hard. Duvet thin. Check-in done by a lady whose first words were ‘Yes?’😂😂. As I said earlier, if a cheap room is what you want, this is the place for you.

United KingdomAll the covid requirements, lack of clear instruction or guidance from the government. Must eat in your hotel for the 1st 3 days, can not enter any restaurants and many other locations. But you can go sight seeing proved you always wear a mask, and don't forget the multiple covid tests and temperature reporting everyday.
