Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. IndiaWorst worst worst worst hotel ..I have been many countries but Ramada hotel is the worst one. You can not expect any hospitality from them .
It's a worst hotel as per the rating they mentioned. Smal room and staff are very bad in behaviour. No hospitality from the hotel. I was having a breakfast and I m pure vegetarian. I was eating fruits then staff gave me whole plate that u can eat everything. That was so embarassing for me in the front of others. I wil not prefer anyone in this hotel. Pay extra in different hotel but not this hotel. It's a night mare for me in this hotel. They have rice which is stale and not good to eat. Rest of few things are also very bad. Rooms are smelly and washroom is not even comfortable for anyone. They are giving 2 water bottles in a day . I asked to give me one bootle extra then they said not able to give u . U have to purchase outside the hotel. Even I am paying for the water bottle still they are not giving ..

ChinaRoom and en-suite was very poor. Room was tiny and no wardrobe to hang clothes was available. The en-suite was disfunctional, as lm 182cms tall, and l couldn’t use the toilet due to extremely cramped layout. It was the worst hotel l have ever stayed in. 0 out of ten. The hotel description is misleading as there is no view of the hourbour. I will never go back to that hotel again!

FijiThe staffs do not smile at all. Majority of their do not speak English. The rooms are not worth, there is barely space to move in the rooms. The toilets and bathroom are small and very uncomfortable. The rooms are run down and require maintenance. It also requires proper and thorough cleaning.
Unfortunately there is nothing good about the property that I can highlight.

New ZealandSpent 3 nights at this hotel, staff including receptionists were rude, buffet is not great they only have really basic options but nothing seemed to be fresh, location is the only good thing about this property 2 min from the closest MTR station, a few food options around. Bathroom is a joke, shower curtains are full of mould and the toilette seat cannot be used properly unless you’re <1.50cm. Cleaning lady came everyday but doesn’t seem that they change towels/linen at all. Be ready to spend a ridiculous amount of your time waiting for an elevator, eventually you’ll end up using the stairs. After I checked out on my way to the airport I received an email from them saying I had damaged the TV which I didn’t even use and they charged me almost $2500HKD without my consent, please be aware as this must be a scam room 3510 just in case.

Spoke to the hotel Supervisor. He couldn't help much as the rooms that were advertised doesn't exist within their entire ranges of rooms, so not sure why such rooms were advertised with misleading room size when the actual size much different? Very disappointed.
Location was fantastic. Clean rooms/toilet. Buffet with lot of options.

The location was ideal, close to MTR and number of attractions. Shower pressure was good.
