Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. PhilippinesI did not like the new trainer on th reception area. They had us wait for 3 hrs to wait our check in time. I paid when I arrived at 10AM asking for an early check in, but they did not accomodate us. So we eat first at the back of Sheraton killing time. Went back to lobby and my daughter fell asleep. One receptionist saw us and asked if we were waiting for someone. Told them I'm waiting for our room, immediately he gave us a good view of Tung Chung. Worth the wait but something to improve on. Do not tell guests its okay to come early if you are strict with check in time.
We love the location. Near the airport. Near MTR. Near Disneyland Resort. I love the city view from our room on the 16th floor. Beds were comfy. Shower, AC all ok. Not too cold not too hot. Very clean and quiet. I love the shuttle bus to from hotel to airport, and hotel to tung chung mrt station.

Hong KongI enjoyed the room with comfy bed, sea view very much. Also, the in room dining service was superb! Food was very hot and fresh! And I only needed to wait for 20 to 25 min. The staffs at check in were friendly and warm-welcoming too. Food at the Chinese resto YUE were out of my expectation! Very delicious and creative in their menu!

Surprisingly the front desk staff upgraded my room to an ocean view room and wished me a “Happy Birthday”. Delightful and joyful moment! Hong Kong- hotel pool was heated, which was odd considering it's summer in HK and the pool is outdoors - surrounding of hotel is under construction
- new hotel so pretty sleek design and clean in general - mini mall/food court adjacent to the main hotel property, so the fact that the hotel is slightly far from Tung Chung town centre wasn't too big of a deal

Hong KongThe TV channel options weren't particularly inspiring - a lot of news and some lesser movie channels - still they had multiple countries' news channels which was ok.
Breakfast was very nice - even some Indian options as well as the local fare and well made omelette / egg options. Can't complain though there was no option to make your own tea / coffee that I could see (they take your order etc). We had lovely weather so the Ocean view when we walked in very much set the tone! Adjustable blinds in the shower - clean and modern overall. Can't complain! The food was fine and room service wasn't unbelievably overpriced. Solid all round and very nice people there (even lent me their own phone cable).
