Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. SingaporeBreakfast was included in our stay this time. We stayed 4 nights here. I must say breakfast is quite disappointing as the choice is very limited and food is always quite empty and not filled on time. There is also no change on the food items. I only managed to have porridge, bread and I did not even managed to get the fruits. Another feedback is on the lift which is quite slow and packed.
The room is well cleaned and the cleaning staff are polite. Though you may have to walk a little from the MTR, it is surrounded with shops, food streets and cinemas which I love the convenience. I have stayed in this hotel more than 10 times at least.

Romaniacentral heating was not working (December), however they promptly provided a portable heater and this was no longer an issue during my stay; the fire alarm could go off when too much steam is detected from the shower - just make sure you read the rules that prevent this from happened (I did so and all went well)

South AfricaCommunication at Reception desk could have been better. If asked for assistance not always certain what is where . Just the card with hotel and closest MDR circled. We were not informed before the time there is no more water in the rooms like in the past. We only could get our room 15h30 after check in is according to hotel policy 14h00 and to then discover you can't make coffee and need to go and find a shop to buy water first was a bit off an inconvenience. Macau hotels still supply water in rooms... It would have been good if we were informed that we need to have our own water on hand.
Hotel is close to where we needed to be. Quiet and clean. Close to local restaurants. Rooms are cleaned when requested and privacy is respected.

The hotel looks luxurious, very clean. Mong Kok is a lovely place and very animated. Actually my favorite place. Delicious Foods and a lot of shops. We had big pillows and a second one as bonus.

NetherlandsThe hotel is in Mong Kok. From 5pm until 8pm, the metros are full if you want to go to the Harbour or to central (HK-island)
Staff was very helpful. I came un with the nightflight. Normally you can check in at 15.00h. But they were so kind to get me a room at 11.00h The beds are clean, matrasses are firm. Breakfast has a food variety. Showers are hot.

ChinaIt was a bit expensive especially considering there is not even drink or snack machines. Convenience store nearby but for that price, I’d expect being able to be at least to get drinks from a machine and ice.
The location was excellent for me, I chose it because of the location. The room was spacious and clean. Good mattress, excellent quilt. Very nice bathroom with amenities. Very professional and smiling staff.

SingaporeThe room is a little small and I couldn't have much space for our 2 luggages. Would be even more comfortable if the room space is bigger. Almost same items for the breakfast for the past 4 days, a change of the menu is recommended.
I have been staying in this hotel whenever I travel to Hong Kong as I find the rooms very clean and comfortable although the walking distance to the MTR station may be around 8 mins. Food is conveniently located surrounding the hotel and nearby. The staff are also very helpful and polite. Will be back to stay again.
