I found that the mirrors are very dark, especially when you need to apply some make-up. otherwise it is perfect.

Location is great. A lovely surprise was a narrow road next to the hotel, on the left if you face the hotel with lots of bars. You can hardly see it from the main road, as it is narrow and pedestrians only. But if you are looking for a place to have a cocktail - it is great as there are a number of bars next to each other.

The hill located to get to the hotel is really steep, if you're dragging a suitcase you're going to struggle. Showers were good but plumbing in hong Kong is quite bad as it's often a high rise building and the wifi was extremely poor in my room which kept cutting in and out for some reason.

It was good short stay. Standard room but close to shops, bars and restaurants and transportation. The beds were comfortable but the bed mattress was really dirty and stained. The only thing that was supposedly clean about the beds was probably the sheets and blankets.

A bit of a hike as the hotel is situated on a hillview.

The place is located on top of a hill so it's a bit of a hike going up. So if you're bringing your suitcase and walking to the hotel, prepare for a bit of a climb. The area is pretty accessible via Uber and taxis.

The room was spotless and stocked with the usual amenities. The staff was also friendly and very accommodating with our requests. It was great value for Hong Kong and pretty central, close to the train and bus lines. There are also 24 hour convenience stores available nearby.

Room was not clean - floor was dirty when we check-in and there was leftover food in the fridge!!! Internet connection was very bad Airconditioning was sometimes very cold, and hot - even if we didn't adjust the thermostat

We have travelled a lot in many countries and this is the best and best value hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Rooms appear refurbished recently. Location is awesome. Staff really efficient and not overbearing. Brilliant.

The wifi connection was poor. The room was poorly soundproofed and I could clearly hear the sounds of talking upstairs and walking down the corridor.

If you have any issues climbing stairs, you cannot stay in this hotel. It is a small property on top of a small hill and if cars are parked in certain places. A taxi cannot drop you at the front door. Period.

The most amazing thing about this little boutique hotel is its unique location on the edge of the Observatory (a park in the centre of TST). If you can, get a view of the park. The other incredible thing about this hotel is the 24hr service. We called them to do random stuff at all hours. Make the beds twice a day. Bring fresh towels at 2AM. We were high maintenance and the service and cleanliness was better than a big hotel. Another mention- the air in the hotel is HEPA level clean. It is so hard to get that.
