Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location close to Wai Chan and Causeway Bay, lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. Tram stop just down the street too which makes it super easy to get around HK island. Nice rooftop bar and very comfortable room, quite large for HK. Good shower and products in the bathroom.

There are much better places to stay at. First day we arrived, our bathroom was not clean and the toilet had traces of poop from previous guests!!!!!! When we informed the receptionist, she said show me a picture! And then she said it’s the fault of the housekeepers (as if housekeeping was not part of the hotel!). Then we were told that we have to wait until next day because it’s late to change rooms (just like that keep your guests in a disgusting bathroom until next day cause we are robots and that’s how we operate). The next day they dealt with the whole situation like it’s nothing. I have never ever seen a hotel that takes these things this lightly. And I travel all around the world! This is beside how incapable of communication anyone in this hotel is. So rude, so unprofessional and one of my worst hotel experiences. (I would post the pictures but I wouldn’t do that to people). For people reading this review, just please don’t be impressed by the attractive price and don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. This isn’t a good hotel.
