Shower holder was a little loose so that was a little irritating at times but other than that our stay was great. Room was very roomy by Hong Kong standards.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff were kind enough to give us a free upgrade. Matthew Yuen in particular made sure we felt at home. The cake arranged in the room was a very nice touch.

Wanchai overall is a bit more of a grungy area but we knew this having lived here before - location is excellent though.

Well located in Wanchai and close to MTR and trams and walking distance to many eating places/coffee shops etc. The Italian restaurant on the street level is excellent.

The breakfast served downstairs at the partner restaurant was very disappointing and overpriced.

Nice boutique hotel with recently renovated rooms decorated with style. Helpful and super friendly staff. We arrived early and the room was ready. We even got offered a free upgrade. Great location to explore the island and a short walk to the Star Ferry. We loved our stay there.

Was a really cute find in Hong Kong, apart from conventional hotels. Sometimes I worry boutique hotels are only pretty on picture, but The Fleming met my expectations.

The main entrance is a bit hidden. The sign for the hotel is placed way up high so for shorter people like myself, it was not easy to spot. Luckily I was checking in daytime, but my relative came in the evening and had a harder time finding the entrance. So the signage can be improved...especially for late check-ins.

Beautifully appointed room. Lots of nice architectural detail. Not much space counter space in the bathroom however. Breakfast was not included in my hotel rate but it was available in the restaurant on the premises so was convenient since was staying there with other family members. Enjoyed drinks in the evening back at the hotel. Very convenient location in Wanchai and set back from busy Hennessey Rd.; however, could still hear street noise from the 4th floor.

We got upgraded 2 room classes on arrival which was lovely! The room was large and very beautifully decorated. The hotel felt new and cool. Hotel amenities were good, staff were lovely. Location was excellent, close to the station & lots of restaurants & still quiet. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looks and smelt great!

The room was gorgeous- we had booked the upgrade package and got the larger space. The layout of the room is great- lots of space. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were great. We ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs which was delicious.
