Staff are very helpful and nice. Very warm indeed. Location is 5 min walk from the Islamic Canteen and Bowrington Market. Hotel is about 7 min fm Wan Chai MTR and abt 9 min from Causewaybsy MTR Station.. The tram stop is 3 min away..

The check-in was a bit awkward. Hearing the staff’s thick Cantonese accent, I spoke Cantonese to her. To my surprise, she refused to speak her native Cantonese, and carried on with her hard to understand English. After making mistakes on my booking in English. I had to correct her in Cantonese. Just wish she could embrace her own identity.

The dark and smokey ambience of the decor. Layout of the room was functional and thoughtful. The ground staff/ concierge were welcoming and attentive.

-the light above wash basin which is disaster to do make-up( won’t be a problem for you if you don’t have to make up tho) -walking distance to metro is around 870m which is quite tiring

-Room size and setting, especially for a hotel located in the central part of HK island. -Walking distance to many great restaurants -Great shower head to wash up. -Surprised at the reception when walked out of lift, great decoration, chic, spacious. -Birthday cake( tastes good!)

Location was great and the service was great. Wanted an early check-in, and they didn't have the room available but they offered to let me have a nicer room so I didn't have to wait :) It was really thoughtful.

There's no place for women to put on make up, the basin mirror is far and the lightning is not bright enough. Other mirrors are also associated with weird lightning.

Room is new, clean, and modern with everything perfectly fitted in. The bedding set is extremely comfy for us.

Such a beautiful escape - I loved the reception area - like a glam library - just so nice to sit for breakfast, drinks, to do some work. The bed was comfortable, shower was great. The hotel restaurants are yum. Location nice and central (I took Uber or Cab to get around).

No worktable to work on laptop in the room, had to go downstairs to the Library. And because of this obviously no video calls and limited privacy. It is situated between subway stops (almost directly in the middle), so walking there with bags could be a bit of a hassle.

I did not partake of the breakfast but I very much enjoyed sitting in the Library at the first floor working on my laptop or chatting with my corker after work. The hotel is very centrally located, next to offices, restaurants and other facilities. The rooms were very well thought out with every inch laid out well easy to access, it definitely did not feel small. Windows were very large and allowed amazing views outside, soundproofing was amazing and could not hear any traffic from the busy street downstairs. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to HK.

Standard room size is decent for solo traveller but could be less ideal for two persons - Not exactly value for money, considering my total hotel bill and 2-month advanced booking

Centrally located within walking distance (<5 mins) to 3 MTR stations, Exhibition Centre, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay + Clean and tidy room with comfy pillows + 24-hour fitness centre simply makes exercising a breeze
