The only downside was the fact that we are seniors already and in order to get in/out of the hotel you needed to climb a quite steep set of staircase beside the hotel or take a long cut walking around 400m to get to the main road

Stayed there for 4 days March 2025. The room is very clean and functional. Towels/linens were clean smelling always. The famous Yat Lok restaurant which was always busy is just across the street.

The A/C in our room could a bit colder because right outside our room at the corridor, it's very cold (which we like).

The lobby and rooms were very pretty and spotless clean; the staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable; the location is perfect for shopping and dining. Yat Lok and Seoul Noodles are across the street, Venchi is beside the hotel, Messina is a few steps away, La Vache is a 5 min walk away, and so many other dining options and cute cafes are located all around the area. IFC Mall, the Landmark are all walking distance. Lululemon, Cos, ON, Love Bonito, Don Quixote, Aesop, Vintage stores, etc. are just outside the hotel. The Central Mid-Level Escalators are also just a few steps away. Star Ferry 7 is just a few minutes walk. It's very cheap and easy to cross the Victoria Harbour to go to TST/Kowloon.

When we first checked in there was only one towel, that was a bit odd. Check in staff was not the nicest and we got lost finding our room. The air conditioning wasn't working very well, our room was stuffy.

The room was spacious by HK standards. The location was excellent, we walked to the airport express using the walk bridges to IFC. Lots of restaurants and cafe right on your door step. The bed was super super comfortable, only thing that would have been nice is an extra blanket in the wardrobe for when the seasons are changing. Other than that everything was great.

Nothing much. They gave us complimentary wine on the morning of our last day which obviously we weren't able.to drink bec it was breakfast time. Turn down service could be better.

Location is unbeatable. Interiors are divine. Room accommodations very good. We liked Room 309 as well.

There is a restaurant at the side of the hotel that has two entrances including one that leads into the hotel. However, if you choose to go through this restaurant, the staff in that said restaurant including its manager tend to be very rude to hotel customers. But definitely nothing that can hamper everything else that is good about the hotel itself.

The location was perfect and very convenient to get to! But more than the location, it was truly the service that stood out the most. Sunny, Sing, and the rest of the staff at the hotel were always quick to help and keen on making the stay as perfect as possible!

I didn’t have a good view for the price I paid. On arrival, they did not offer to store my bag as I arrived much earlier. I would think a little welcome drink or fruit would have been a nice touch, so that was a little disappointing.

Despite specifically asking for a room on a high floor to avoid noise, we could hear very loud club music every single night of our stay (and our room was on the 19th floor). I don’t know if the hotel is adjacent to a club on a rooftop, or a bar on the street level, but it’s a massive problem. I would unfortunately not stay again.

Nice boutique hotel, with good high end touches. Location is perfect.

Needs renovation and update

The location is very good but most of all the service was warm and attentive. Sing even recognized me from last time and it felt like coming to my HK home. Sing, Jessie and Alfred were very helpful and efficient.
