The location was very convenient for the airport without being affected by aeroplane noise. The proximity to the outlet shopping centre was an added bonus. The restaurant steak night was very enjoyable

We had an unexpected 2 day stay forced upon us. The staff at Silveri were so friendly and helpful from the time we were dropped off in the taxi. Location was perfect. Room had a great view, was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Direct access to a huge mall and close to all public transport. We were within easy walking distance of the gondola to the Big Budda!!

It would be great if the A/C could be placed near the bed so guests dont have to get out of the bed to walk to the door to tune the temperature.

Fantastic staff from start to finish. We booked very last minute as our flight got cancelled and we adored our stay. Beautiful property and staff went out of the way to give us take away breakfast as our flight was in the early am the next day.

I love how organize and spacious the hotel. The location is very great as well. The staffs are friendly and super helpful in any way. Big thanks also to Edith who assisted us in checking-in. She’s very professional and friendly, very easy to converse and answers our questions clearly. We really enjoyed our stay.

I mistakenly booked a breakfast. I asked the staff if they could maybe refund it. They were so fixed that nothing could be done and they didn't want to listen to reason. I had to leave the hotel at 6, so obviously we weren't gonna have any breakfast. While I know it's poor planning on my side (I should have not booked the breakfast) the staff should have been a bit more helpful. Ended up having to pay the 52 GBP for a breakfast we never got to eat

Perfect location. Shuttle bus to the airport every half hour. Links with Citygate if you want to go shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean.

Water pressure could be better. The entrance hall at the third floor was very hot. The entry via the third floor is a bit confusing, lacking some directional guidance.

Bed was very comfortable, with good quality linen. Window electric black out was excellent. Location is convenient, beside the bus and mtr station that connects to basically everything.

The staff told me off when I tried to enjoy outside food in the rooftop. There was no sign or post telling me that I wasn’t allowed to, neither was there an official restaurant name or anything indicating this could not be open space for me to enjoy. Very disappointed with that.

Modern, stylish and clean design. High ceilings. The lobby was great and and outdoor area as well. Free shuttle to and from the airport, 6:00AM - 11PM.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

A lovely hotel. Great location for the airport but also convenient for travel in to Hong Kong or to Disney. Close to the cable car to Ngong Ping which is well worth doing. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms and friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice.
