I booked this hotel because it had a pool but when I arrived they said it was closed for winter, it was 28C outside! Breakfast was quite basic, not really suited to Westerners.

Good location, plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. Very comfortable room.

They responded well to my concern. Unknown to my knowledge that they had reserved 2 double bedded of which I requested a queen bed, but when I verified and voiced my concern they changed the room and we were able to be in a queen bedded room without additional fee and much discussion.

Great location for me, walk to Convention Centre. Close to some great eating options and easy for transport. Staff very helpful. The rooms are smallish and bathroom but as expected for Hong Kong and price. Could do with a bit of updating in rooms. Room with a view - not really!

Booked as it has a pool but was told the pool was closed when i arrived, and i don’t recall seeing anything to say it would be closed when i booked. The noise from the street but also the air con unit wasn’t the best.

We traded down to a slightly cheaper room, however this was totally adequate for our 1 night stay. The room had everything we needed, it was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. There was also a complementary mini-bar with a couple of snacks and drinks (even 1 beer) Location was close to a number of bars and restaurants which was handy.as was the metro which was about 8 minutes away.

This hotel does give the opportunity to pre book a late check out which many Hongkong hotels do. Many flights back to Europe depart late at night and a late check is a real help.

The rooms are quite small but that is to be expected in Hong Kong and it didn’t bother us because we were out sightseeing most of the time. There wasn’t much information about breakfast and the restaurant in the room.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was very close to a variety of restaurants and shops and within easy access of the harbour. The rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. It was also quiet despite its central location. Housekeeping was efficient, friendly and unobtrusive. The reception staff and Concierge were very helpful. We would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is a party area with many bars and night clubs, so it can get a little noisy on weekends. Furniture is a little dated but still ok. Not many english channels on the TV
