The lift is quite confusing for a start, as the concierge is located at level 3. Could be troublesome if it rains, as we need to cross the road from MTR station and the roads are not the best for dragging luggages.

Hotel is relatively new and clean. Basic amenities are provided. Room is not huge (which is typical of Hong Kong Hotels space) but toilet is relatively big given the room size. I got a sea view room which I appreciates. Hotel is located along the old Sheung Wan area with residential and commercial (dried seafood). There are lots of eateries and cafes around.

room was really tiny. Once u open 2 luggage, difficult to walk around room. Space very limited. Also far from Sai Ying Pun exit A2...connection not so straightfwd and once out of station, road not flat, diff to walk with luggage

- Though the front desk clerk ended up upgrading us, he was very unfriendly and defensive when I initially inquired about a quiet room. This felt unnecessary, and he could have been more professional about it. Given this, we were pleasantly surprised but frankly shocked when he upgraded us out of the blue, as his attitude had not been great leading up to that - There was no hand soap for some reason, which meant that every time we wanted to wash our hands, we had to get shower gel from the shower, which was annoying and inconvenient - The hotel could be more eco-friendly - Signage for the hotel could be more obvious from the street - The room we were upgraded to was right in front of the elevators - there were moments when we were woken up by noise from the elevators and/or other guests

- The water pressure in the shower was excellent - We got upgraded to a room with a view after inquiring about a quiet room - The whole place, from the downstairs area to the lobby to the rooms, was clean - Nice selection of coffee and tea in the room - Checking in and out was pretty straightforward - They're able to hold your luggage for you after checkout - Conditioner is included among the toiletries, which is always nice (and not always a given) - Really well-located - close to the Macau Ferry Terminal and Central Hong Kong, and to a couple of MTR stations - The room was cute and cozy

Bed was uncomfortable, extra mattresses on top that are really massive but flimsy. Not even one night and it was bent like crater formed there. Wasn't the best sleep for sure. Room is small, but I expected that when booking. If you have big suitcase then you won't have a place for it if you want to keep it open .

Locations was good, staff too. Clean. Amazing shower pressure.
