The bathroom could have been better. The electric shower shocked my wife, there might be some grounding issus.

The staff was nice and attentive. They even let me use some of their facilities after checkout. They lent me extra towels and soap.

Some damage things like floor tiles and shower head. But nothing that affected my stay in a major way.

The property is secure, the staff is helpful & willing. On a quiet and accessible street. Walking distance from the central city & market. The included breakfast was awesome & helpful to get my day started.

Breakfast included was kinda small. Could be a bit bigger, though it had great flavor and taste.

it was a few esthetic areas in the breakfast dining floor shoe we’re very damaged and old . looks like the hotel has new manager and it will be in renovation. but the restaurant breakfast area needs to be fix on the floors and need at least one fan or air a conditioner it was extremely hot while we eat

The location is dangerous after dark and its not advisable to go out. I walked to the Premium mall in the evening in sunlight without any problem. There is no good restaurant close by, specially if you need to go out for dinner but you can go by taxi.

The manager Waleska and her staff are super helpful and caring, clean basic rooms. They arranged a taxi for me for teh airport and provided all the guidance I needed.

I made a reservation a day before, and it was accepted. I even got a message from the hotel staff asking me to confirm my reservation; I did, and they acknowledge it. I then got there at 9 PM on the day of the reservation, only for them to tell me there was no vacancy, so they didn't have a room for me and my family. At first, they told me they had no reservation under my name; after a few comments back-and-forth and me showing them my confirmed reservation on my phone, they finally admitted they had a reservation for me, but they didn't have any rooms available. They started blaming everyone except themselves, and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Then they said they couldn't give me my money back, and that I had to figure that part out with Booking.com because they didn't know how to do it. This is quite possibly my worst hotel experience ever. Please don't ever go here.

Lots of stairs up and down multi level property. Pool unkept, hot tub dirty. Hot Shower in room did not work bureas able to use shower in adjacent room for hot shower

Typical cheap Honduran hotel. Old, not well maintained. Food nothing to brag about. Beds useable, but not comfortable.

Facilites, was a little uncomfortable, because doors are dificult to open and the AC make to much noise.

Service of the staff was excepcional, they were very helpfull.

Rooms outdated. AC didn’t worked so we were given another room. Pool needed cleaning. Lots of noise at rooms close to the lobby. The entire facility needs remodeling and better service by the staff whom lack personality, customer service and the ability to make customers feel at home.
