I could not sleep well, there were farm animals (roosters) crowing since 3 am

The staff help was invaluable, the front desk gentleman always wanted to help in any way possible, and the kitchen staff and even the gardener were kind and nice.

The parking is not easy and a little bit far away from the hotel entrance.

The breakfast was fresh and you can tell that it was made with care and the little patio was cute.

There is no front staff after 7 PM and they are a bit inexperienced.

The location was perfect since its very near the center and near the airport as well. The breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee. Very comfortable overall.

Getting into the hotel, the staff needs to be a bit more aware of when a customer is close and needs to open the gate. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was hair on the shower floor, and the room was missing a couple of things when we got there.

The breakfast according to my wife was really good. I also liked that the person on the phone I spoke to before I booked, let us have an extended late checkout, up to 2 pm because of an event I had. The staff tried to be really nice. I was offered help with my luggage.

Complimentary bottle waters were very warm in the room.

It was in a great location. Best part that we like was the little garden setting they had, little peaceful courtyard. We would have loved to have the complimentary breakfast but we had to keep time and weren’t able to take advantage of.

From the bathroom came a bad smell, like sewage. They need to fix that.

Not really a dislike but it would have been good to have somewhere to hang it out clothes in such a big room rather than living out of a suitcase.

A lovely small hotel that is super clean and only six months old. Our room was massive and we even had hot water in the shower! The hotel has been well built and is being well looked after. There is a garden terrace where you can have breakfast and a small courtyard at the front for a small amount of parking. Comayagua is a funny old place but this is outside of the hustle and bustle of South American street life and the whole town was quiet at nine o'clock at night anyway. It's a 15 mins walk through the bustle to the cathedral. AC in the room also works a treat.

Simple hotel for an overnight stay. The shower is electric but I could not get hot water out of it. The breakfast was simple and the rooms were very simple.

- It was a bit noisy in the morning as there was construction ongoing in the back of the hotel. - Nothing around the hotel. You will probably need to have a car (or take a taxi from the airport) to access to it and go around the town.

- Sunny room and bathroom. - Beautiful terrasse downstairs - Delicious local breakfast - The guy at the reception was very nice and helpful. We arrived at night, and nothing was open from where we could buy food, so he just used his phone to order food for us (they have their kind of Uber Eats app that we could not download on our phones for some reason...) and we ultimately paid him. He also just called to our room when the food arrived.

The internet was the one thing that could really improve! Had to connect the main tv to my hotspot to watch Netflix

The staff was AMAZING! From the incredibly nice mister helping at the parking lot to the ladies at the front desk. You will not get anything less than an amazing service!

The rooms need better sound isolation. Could hear roosters, cars and airplanes since early morning. They should have hair dryer.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

The two negative things I can say about the property would be that the water that feeds the hot tub runs out of hot water pretty quick. It was a warm tub, but I still enjoyed it…. I would recommend getting a larger hot water heater and providing bath salts or epsom to make the tub more enjoyable….the other thing would be that the air conditioning could be better, but that might just because I’m a spoiled American…. Overall I would recommend this place for a nice relaxing stay….

This is a perfect little boutique ant the right price…. The staff were very friendly… it had a Family owned and operated atmosphere. Check-in was easy…. Small gated parking area that could fit 2-3 small vehicles, but was monitored by staff….. come and go as you please…. It’s a unique place with a wonderful garden terrace that you can have a drink in the evening or eat any meal that they cook to order…The bathroom had a two person hot tub and a shower with plenty of room.

Not handsoap in the bathroom Breakfast was a 20 minutes late.

The breakfast should be ready by 7:00am or before. Not 10 to 15 minutes after 7:00am I think you can improve that.
