Bed was horrible. I've stayed in many cheap hostels and only remember one worse bed. I bet it was a cheap mattress 15 years ago and age has done it zero favors. There is no sound isolation as the doors have air vents cut in them and the walls are porous.

Half the price of other places. Pool was reasonable. Pictures fairly represented the room, though they were clearly touched up with a good filter.

The bar did not have any fruit (even limes) available. The menu that was advertised was not available during our stay. Everything additional was a fee, even beach towels.

The property was on the ocean and in a quiet location. It offered an ocean saltwater pool, and access to the ocean. Common area and free breakfast was a delight!

The location and value is great. It was a bit outdated but the view is worth it. The drinks at the bar we crazy expensive considering drinks are so cheap in Roa. Would stay there again. Location is chill.

The bar didn’t open until noon and closed at 10. And the property could use some updates. But overall still a nice visit.

Land's End has a wonderful view and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The hotel area is quiet and outside the busier part of West End.

It's run down and It was not very clean. Cockroaches were all over the bathroom.

The view is amazing and it is well located in a tranquil area close to the main town areas. The staff is friendly and breakfast was included.

Breakfast was only between 7.30 and 8.30, and there was no choice. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, not even for washing your hands. The bathroom has no window or anything to let some air in, and the bin didn't have a lid, so our bathroom was always a bit smelly. If you didn't bring a beach towel you have to rent or buy one.

The location is close to the center of West End, but very tranquil. The terrace is nice, overlooking the sea. The bed was comfortable, the AC was working well.

All guest buildings need some TLC. It is definitely due for a re-paint, need some fans installed in the open air lobby to help circulate the air. It gets pretty stuffy in there. The door to our balcony didn’t closed completely. The door was worn and didn’t fit the frame. When it rained,flying termites were coming right into the room through the door space and the closed but poorly sealed windows. Had to put some extra towels at the seam of the door and windows to keep them out of the room. Even though breakfast is included in the stay price, it was pretty basic with only one food option. Eggs were served daily. If guests don’t eat eggs, be prepared for a walk to the main street and to spend extra cash for a morning meal.

Location, location, location! You cannot beat the location for the price. Water front hotel, with easy access to open water snorkeling. Very nice salted water pool which is cleaned on a regular basis. 10-15 min walk to Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and the beautifully laid back: Half Moon Beach. Location is in a very private area. Relaxed, quiet, and away from all the hustle and bustle. If you’re looking forward to relaxing facilities, away from noise and crowds, this is the place. It also has a nice open air bar and the burgers are delicious. Hotel staffing is excellent. Dania, the hotel manager went out of her way to take care of anything brought to her attention. Dania is easily the star of the show here. She is prompt, kind, helpful, and genuinely cares about her guests.

Lots of transmitted noise and especially footsteps/movement across rooms. Be aware the pool gets cleaned several times a week since it's ocean water. Salt water pool is cool and eco-conscious (yay!), But it takes all day to fill so you may not get to use it during your stay. Food service was extremely slow. Out of 5 days I was there the first 2 my room was not cleaned.

My favorite thing was undoubtedly the balcony with hammock and fantastic ocean/sunset views. I spent many hours there and would book again just for this. Decent vegetarian options relative to the rest of island. The vegetable soup was so good, I ate it 3 times.
