We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New Zealandrestaurant food was pretty bad and took a long time to come out. was in a private room and had one of the cleaners come into the room while I was changing. I told them to stop but I don’t think they heard me. was a bit awkward. reception staff were inattentive. I left my speaker in the room. went back the day after I checked out to ask about it and staff were unhelpful, prioritized their game on their phone over speaking with me. they let me check the room but then didn’t want to contact the cleaner to ask if they knew anything about it/said they didn’t have the cleaners phone number. I told them I was leaving the island the next morning and they only got back to me two days later saying it was at reception after I messaged them twice. luckily I had a friend who was still on the island but was a disappointing experience.
for the most part our stay here was great. great location, rooms and vibe. stayed here through UDC then extended an extra night. 10 min walk to town, 12 min walk to UDC. Wi-Fi was good and hot water a luxury.

United StatesIt’s best suited for divers. As most of the guests are divers, it gets noisy at 6am when everyone is leaving for their morning dive.
The grounds at Mango Inn are the real star for me, beautiful plants and birds, great pool and seating, and nice little restaurant. Also a free shuttle to and from the ferry!

PolandRooms nice, but under-equipped: no refrigerator and kettle. Taps need decisive action - water shoots and snorts, sometimes black in color. No possibility to pay by card in the restaurant.
Stylish rooms in a green jungle in the middle of the city :) Very good pool allows great relaxation after a day of diving. Delicious pizza from the traditional oven in the restaurant. Breakfasts tasty with several different choices.

Shower metal drain cover was bent in half and I cut my foot. Cockroaches. Ok for backpacking people, but otherwise...gross!

CanadaThe bathroom requires repairs to the shower, the toilet, and the sink area. A thorough cleaning is needed. Plumbing was an issue during our stay with no hot water, air in the water service line and eventually no running water. During our 6 day stay, some guests were very noisy in the common area until well past midnight every night and some guests began their day in a noisy manner at 5 AM!. Unbelievable!
The staff, the location, and the property were its best features.

The staff was fantastic. I enjoyed speaking with them and they humored me with some Spanish practice. Each day they gave me helpful information and asked me about my experiences. I also had the pleasure of joining a couple of wonderful staff members on an amazing boat and snorkeling tour.

TV did not work for the first 3 days there. Pool was closed for maintenance. Should have gotten some rate reduction but did not. Was Charged a 4% fee to use my credit card at checkout. Booking.com should let people know about this before hand IMHO.
