The property was in a great location, beside everything. It was lovely inside and was very clean! The bathroom was also amazing and had a lovely shower.

TV set was not working, though the host suggested to fix it. We had noisy neighbours living upstairs. Probably the child was running up and down the stairs in the middle of the night really loudly.

Location is really good, the main promenade is just a few metres away. The place itself is nice, you can experience the old town of Split. There are all kitchen utensils you may need. Some complementary drinks and chocolades, found one from our hometown (!).

Cute apartment with a kitchen with a block away from the main old town in Split! Petar also left some nice treats and an ironing board in the shared closet which was great for those nice evening dinners.

Narrow winding stairs to the studio made it slightly difficult to manage luggage. Wrong toiletries were given, and unfortunately the host was unable to accommodate changes.

Love the size of the apartment and the cleanliness of it. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom! Well stocked with toiletries and sweet treats! Location is pretty near the old town of Split which is great.

Good location, modern,well equipped,clean.Easy check in and out helpful owners. Nice to walk up steps at side of apt , and through Radunica neighbourhood to Diocletians Palace etc.

Shower didn't remain hot for very long but that seems to be pretty normal for all of the apartments we stayed in in Croatia.

Excellent location, host was easy to communicate with and had provided a nice array of tea, coffee and cold drinks for our arrival. Nice amount of toiletries provided and other cleaning products such as dishwasher tablets were also provided.

Things are all great. Clean, quiet, comfortable, very well-equipped apartment. ***Just like a hotel room. Very enough space for 1-2 people and reasonable rent. The host was very helpful, reachable via Whatsapp, and gave a detailed list of restaurant and day trip recommendations. The apartment is close to the Palace. Thank you Slaven and hope to visit again.

The room was very clean and neat like a hotel room. The host was very helpful in answering my questions about the room. The location was perfect. The old town, the coach station and the supermarket were all nearby.

Excellent stay at this apartment which was very well equipped. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The drinks in the fridge and the sweet treats were a lovely touch and there was even some spices, herbs and oil to use which was great.

The flat is small, but equipped with everything you need. Is clean and cosy. Everything seems recent renovated. Is in a perfect location, very close to the town centre and marina (4-5 min walk). The only downsize is that it doesn't have a parking spot, but this is common for all the flats in Split, as it is in the old town and the streets were not designed for cars. We managed to find easy car park on the street or on parkings with no fee. The host was useful in indicating a few locations as well. All in one, we had a perfect stay.

The apartment was a little bit smaller than we thought it would be and very dark in the day, but it was fine for us because we went to beach everyday

Beautiful little apartment directly next to the main area of Split and only 5 minute walk to the best sandy beach! Location was perfect, hostess was lovely, helped us very quickly when we got locked out! Lots of facilities including little snacks and loads of items in the bathroom too!

The only thing, which wasn’t actually even an issue for us because it was summer, was that the hot water ran out by the end of one shower, I think just because the boiler doesn’t stay on unless you’re in the apartment with the keycard in. Minor issue, we just waited for it to reheat again between showers!

A perfect stay for us! Great location, lovely apartment and good communication from the hosts. Would 100% stay again!
