Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandLuggage Storage would be great. In theory you can leave your lagguages downstairs, but in the open corridor, which is something to improve. People might not always close the doors.
Location is very convenient, close to bus station and port. Fridge in the room and shops nearby to buy things for breakfast. Friendly staff who waited for our later arrival.

United StatesWe stayed in the loft which had steep metal stairs. i didn’t like going up and down the stairs so often to get to the bed. When neighbors smoked, the loft smelled very bad and the smoke lingered. No parking close to the stay as advertised.

United KingdomGreat location for sightseeing, room was well equipped with not only tea/coffee facilities but also cutlery, bowls, glasses etc and the host gave us brilliant tips on how to enjoy our short time in Split. We visited all the places he suggested and had a fantastic meal at his recommended restaurant. Also loved that there were beach towels provided!

IrelandOverall the property is lovely, however the size of the room is small. We were told not to turn on aircon for too long… despite the heat of 30 degrees. It was advertised to us that we would have a double bed, but it was 2 single beds pushed together with a big gap in the middle.
The apartments are very central, close to the beach and centre. Owner was helpful and friendly, collected us from the airport and was open to all questions on our stay. It was handily the cleaner came once during our stay to change linen and give us fresh towels.

ItalyThe biggest selling point of this property is value for money. That might be true if the rooms were €50-75; we paid over €400 for two rooms. For comparison, we stayed at the Hotel Amphora the following night, which has beautiful views, a decent restaurant, pools etc. A two bedroom suite at that location the price was about the same. The Central Splits apartment location is completely overpriced. Difficult to believe that so many people have given it such a high value for money score. Further, if you are staying on the ground floor you might find yourself waking up in the night to let other guests in. Maybe it was just our experience, but it happened to us a few times during our one night stay, with people knocking on the window asking for help… One additional piece of info: if you’re staying on an upstairs floor, carrying heavy luggage up the narrow, steep stairwell is a serious work. Just something to note. I can’t say I’d recommend staying here at that price.
