Not an issue for me as I was backpacking, but the stairs to the property are quite steep and narrow and could be slippery in the rain, so keep that in mind if you are travelling with large luggage or have mobility issues. The room was also quite small and there wouldn't be enough space to open a larger suitcase.

The hosts are wonderful, one of them lives in the property and she's really made it feel very homey. She made sure that I had everything I needed and was always happy to chat or offer recommendations of where to visit or eat. The room, bathrooms and shared areas are very clean and well-maintained even though it's an older building. It's a quiet accommodation which was perfect for me to unwind at the end of each day. The location was great as well, very close to Riva, the old town and Marjan Park.

We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The hosts were extraordinarily kind and went far above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. The location is fantastic—everything is within easy reach, yet the apartment itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Despite other tenants being nearby, we always had plenty of privacy and never felt disturbed. We would recommend it to everyone.

The bedroom I was in had windows that didn't open, so the room was always hot and stuffy. The air conditioner was portable and the water needed to be dumped out every night. Bathrooms are shared.

The ladies who run the property are wonderful. Very kind, helpful, and eager to share their stories and ideas. The upstairs common space is nice. The bathrooms are well-stocked. The location is fantastic, quiet, and safe.

The stairs are very steep, so not ideal for anyone with reduced mobility. I would have preferred to have had a fan in the room rather than an AC unit, because for the AC unit to work the window had to stay open all night, which meant I was woken up by noise outside.

Clean and bright house in a very central area of Split but without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Close to beaches and all of the main sites. Angela and her sister are so lovely and welcoming and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The terrace is a fantastic plus, with a beautiful view over the rooftops.

Angela is a wonderful, helpful, friendly and accommodating host. For a shared facility the property actually felt quite private and was always kept super clean. Excellent location within walking distance of everything you’d need, including the ferry terminal/s.

Kindness of the family who takes care of the accommodation. Safe neighbourhood, very quiet at night for a perfect rest. It is just a 5-minute walk to the breathtaking Peristil. The whole accomModation consists of a 3-bedroom apartment just for people travelling, with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and terrace. Should you need anything, the owners live inthe ground floor and will take care of it.

I have travelled a lot (160 unique cities) and stayed in many places and I can easily say this is one of the best home stays I have stayed at Angela is super friendly and was an amazing host. The place is clean, tidy and well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, the communal areas, bathroom and kitchen were great. Would recommend staying here in a heart beat and will absolutely be back in the summer

Angela is a fantastic host that will make you feel right at home. It really felt like I was staying with my family! The adorable dogs Kiki & Mimi only added to my stay. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and clean. The location is perfect, in one of the quieter streets, but just 3 min walk to the centre of Split and all the action! Short walking distance to all attractions. Although I only planned to stay 2 nights in Split, at the end it was hard to leave! Thank you for all your kindness Angela 😊

The Wi-Fi could have been a bit better as it was a little weak on our room. The room certain was "cosy", but perhaps it was a bit small. However, you do have access to a lovely roof terrace or the kitchen upstairs so you can certainly spread out up there.

The location of this place was great! A very central spot that is super close to the Riva and Diocletian's Palace / the center of town. Mira and Angela were absolutely wonderful hostesses - incredibly friendly and made you feel like family! :)

We booked this accommodation because it was clean looking and affordable. We never guessed we would fall in love with the adorable space and lovely hosts! We were welcomed in by Angela. We were tired and sick from our journey, but she was instantly engaged, sincere and caring. We settled into our room in no time, and loved the cosy shared space and fabulous balcony/terrace. Over the three days we slept better than we had in weeks. The bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were spotless, and you felt like you could really relax. We had the pleasure of Angela, Mira, and their family’s company especially when it rained and we didn’t want to leave. We were well acquainted with their dogs too! I wouldn’t feel the need to look for any other place to stay when revisiting split and would recommend this accommodation to anyone, everyone, but especially women. There is a sense of safety and welcoming that is unmatched here. Thank you Angela and family, our beautiful Croatian aunties💗

Angela, the host, was so lovely and welcoming - was so nice about my flight arriving late, meaning she had to wait for me. Room was homely and cosy, loved the roof terrace; so handy having a kitchen, and the location was great.
