Everything terrible. Breakfast buffet crowded and vomiting as a prison kitchen

No one thing appreciable: I payed 260 € for one night to have a dirty and loud room with air conditioning motors view. Room was dirty, common space were orrendous in style and hygiene (a dirty plate of Nutella stayed in front of my room from check in to check out). I have asked a replacement of the room and staff didn’t even try to satisfy my request.

Had 5 wonderful nights there with my family. Beach is beautiful and pools and facilities are great. Restaurant serves good variety of food for each meal and staff are brilliant and friendly and always cleaning up continuously to keep facilities in good shape. Nice that there is shade too for the afternoons when you've had enough sun. Really had a great stay.

Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. Firstly, we did not receive the rooms we had booked, which was a significant inconvenience. Secondly, the quality of the food was poor. The menu lacked variety, and the same dishes were served repeatedly with only slight changes in presentation. This made meal times quite monotonous and unenjoyable.

The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring our rooms were always tidy and comfortable. This aspect of our stay was truly appreciated and stood out during our visit.

Food was very basic. We only had one breakfast so not a problem but wouldn't want to be locked in for any other meals there. There seemed to be loud blaring music constantly around the outdoor pool areas with no option to escape it.

The hotel is perfect to rest at the beach of croatia. The all-inclusive is excellent, the food is varied and well prepared, and the drink options are perfect. We stay 5 days at the hotel and enjoyed every hour. I totally recommend

The room was ok but with a tiny balcony (great views) but so small you couldn’t sit on it! We were in C block so above the restaurant - the glare from the restaurant roof made the view unbearable! The interior throughout was ok - although some facilities were grubby (restaurant mainly). The exterior is in desperate need of upgrade - the pool areas are small and grubby - the pools were dirty and the chairs and umbrellas broken - not to mention that if you didn’t secure a sun lounger before 9am you didn’t get one! We chose to pay for loungers further along the bay - much quieter and more pleasant. The food was average at best - breakfast in particular was poor. Drinks bad - Fanta, Cola etc all undrinkable - my two teenagers drank water all week. Alcohol was ok really not great. The staff, with the exception of the cleaning staff and the pizza chef, were rude and unfriendly- it felt like we were a hinderance to their day and I think we only needed to speak to them on a couple of occasions for routine matters. I wasn’t expecting much for the money but it was disappointing, I wouldn’t recommend staying here and definitely wouldn’t recommend all inclusive unless you want to diet for a week. Not value for money as we had to eat and drink elsewhere as the offerings at the hotel were poor. Shame as Croatia and the Cavtat area are beautiful.

The location is fantastic, a few meters away from the nice pebble beach. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was nice to enjoy the meal on the restaurant terrace with the sea view. The old centre of Cavtat was worth to visit, only a 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Staff attitude was unbelievable. We travel a lot and we can tolerate a lot, but we have never been treated so rudely and arrogantly. So far we met only 1 nice employee.

Great location, food was OK, room small but clean. The only big disappointment was staff.
