We liked the interior of the hotel, spa, friendly staff ang good quality of food. During the breakfast it was very crowded in the restaurant. The space in lobby is also very limited.

The view from the room is what it is. The reception is unusually small and may cause slight discomfort if someone else is there at the same time, but this is a minor issue.

The room was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent, as was the service. We didn't use the pool or spa. The location is great.

I would say that parking is overpriced , 30 euros a day it’s not even in Monte Carlo

The rooftop party noise could be heard on the 4th floor making it impossible to rest or sleep! Acoustic is not done well in the property. We wanted to have a drink on the rooftop but it was partially closed and smoking. Based on eu regulations and international standards this is very unusual, so we left.

Despite booking the hotel for its private garage, we had to park our electric car in an open garage 10 minutes away the same cost. This was inconvenient, especially when retrieving forgotten items. Additionally, the spa’s relaxing zone was disrupted by automatic doors that opened and closed frequently, creating constant noise and diminishing the tranquil atmosphere. These shortcomings were disappointing and should be addressed.

This hotel exceeded expectations with its spacious, elegantly designed rooms and incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep. The spa was a highlight, offering a nice pool and two saunas that added to the relaxation. The staff were professional, attentive, and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. A perfect blend of comfort and exceptional service—highly recommended!

Breakfast, restaurant is too small and there is no space for all the quests. It is simillar with the food, served on small space therfore quests need to squezze to get some food. In general is Ok but for 5 stars you would not expect to be seated in the lobby and fight for food.

I did not expect that parking in the hotel garage would be for an extra charge even if you are a guest of the hotel, but they really take care of your car - valet parking.

A very diverse and rich choice for breakfast. A beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, a wonderful, spacious bathroom and the most helpful staff of all the hotels I have ever been to. I recommend it to everyone.

Impeccably clean, brand new design hotel. Superb location within walking distance to just everything in Opatija. Amazing spa area with 25m swimming pool, gym and comfortable relax zone. Breakfast is amazing with premium touch and various buffet choices as well as a' la carte options included. Energy of the place is great, hotel vibe is very cozy with beautiful and stylish modern design. Rooftop Bar with outdoor swimming pool/lounge/café is just a cherry on the top here. Huge compliments to the Owner, Management and last but not least - extremely kind, polite and professional Staff. Great job all. Everything premium !

Restaurant is unfit to accommodate as many guests. Narrow access to food, congestion at the cafe machine etc. Lovely staff however grossly offsets this problem.

Amazing place in the heart of Opatija. Staff is wonderful, always there to help. Sure we return.
