SerbiaThe water in the pool was cold. Also the relax area was bit cold. General impression the hotel looks great on booking photos, but in reality completely different. The room was fine, and clean, but the spa with damaged windows, and not enough heating - I started sneezing, almost cought a cold.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making for a truly relaxing experience. Also, there was beautifully designed and well-maintained spa centar. Breakfast was exceptional.

NetherlandsThe hotel has one part that is old, deteriorated & miserable. That part doesn’t deserve 2 starts. I am an old costumer and I know where to ask for my suite in order to have the 5 starts experience of this hotel, but most of people are ending up tricked with that deplorable place. The management/owners should invest in renovation of that side of the hotel. I would be ashamed to sell that to a Radisson Client. Accepting to sell such bad conditions for the clients - tells how unethical and deplorable is the Management/Owner of the hotel.
The staff, the breakfast, the location, the suite. I love the spa and the view from the restaurant. I give 10 out of 10 because I got exactly what I was promised based on my specific request for accommodation that was respected by a great staff. This doesn’t means that my negative comment is not valid.
