Exceptional room and views, facilities (e.g. pool, multiple restaurants, breakfast…the list goes on), and wonderful staff.

The pool and number of loungers is tiny compared to the size of the hotel. Coupled with the beach area being a 3rd party and open to the public - with limited sun lounger policing - you need to be up for a fight for a space in the sun: and then be ready to defend it for the rest of the day.

The only criticism would be about the beach that is not private until noon. There are lots of people taking the chairs and settling on the floor in the shadows of the umbrellas and the staff leaves them. That makes it noisy, crowded and lots of them smoke that is unpleasant. The afternoon was better.

Amazing site, in a quiet location and still very close to the old town (6min with uber or shuttle). The gym is really well equipped. The pool is beautiful. Access to the beach is wonderful with good snorkeling, paddles for rent. Excellent breakfast with a stunning view on the sea.

To get a sunbed around the pool was a mission! If your getting taxi into town do not use local taxi go for an Uber over 50% cheaper

The derelict building is awful and surely it could be painted or something creative done with it with such a good named hotel that’s part of a chain. A bit of out the box thinking required Cleaning staff did real minimum and food and drink overpriced we expect it to be more expensive but it wasn’t value for money Reception staff excellent handling us so well as we arrived stressed due to other hotel being a nightmare on arrival due to building work

Room was a little 'tired' (303) - obviously an old hotel which has been renovated. There were marks on the ceiling above bath (leakage?), carpet was stained in areas, marks on furniture. Nothing that stopped us enjoying our one-night stay, but I would not have been happy staying in that room for longer. A freshen up is required.

Customer service was excellent; friendly, efficient and knowledgeable with a smile!

The outdoor pool and sunbed-area is rather disappointing: too crowded and very expensive pagoda-lounge beds that are probably better suited as extra sunbed area.

Excellent breakfast options. Also lovely buffet options in the Fig Leaf restaurant. Lovely beach club. I really liked the Spa and the fitness too! Top hotel and perfect base to exploit Split and area.

Location is quite far from centre of Split - long walk or short taxi ride.

Amazing stay here - beautiful modern hotel with excellent, attentive staff and good facilities. Loved the pool area overlooking the sea and the spa.

The room's bathroom layout was also very nice, however, the shower tiles do need deeper cleaning so they do not appear yellow. It was very much appreciated to have plenty of options to hang garments for air drying!!

The breakfast buffet variety was superb. Enjoyed all the options available. The size & layout of the room was very good as it gave guests plenty of room.

The area wasn't very nice, looking over at the run down and graffitied building next to it wasn't pleasant, having said that it was 10 minutes in a taxi to the Old Town and the hotel's amenities made up for that.

The breakfast was very good, a great choice, the bed was very comfortable and room was clean. The pool area and beach club was great. The reception staff were very friendly too.

The beach club they advertise, has some additional costs involved to use - so you only really get towels and sit on the loungers on the beach. Take reef shoes swimming, pebble beach.

Beautiful views, nice beach right across a quiet road from the hotel. About a 10min drive into the old town.

The layout of the room could have been better. The Caper Restaurant was not of the same standard as the Fig Leaf.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The facilities and breakfast and dinner in the Fig Leaf were exceptional. The staff go above and beyond.

Very difficult to get a sun-bed by the hotel pool or on the private beach. Spent a lot of time out on the day so it wasn’t a major problem but could have been if wished to stay around the hotel. Beds reserved everywhere down at the beach pool but nobody actually on them! The location isn’t ideal as frequent trips into Split required. Use of Ubers very good and well priced. Several times a day there is a free shuttle bus into split. Construction around the hotel at present. Not a major issue for our stay.

The room was exceptional. Very comfortable and quiet. Bed fabulous. Spa area looked great - didn’t use however. Staff all very pleasant. Light, spacious and airy inside. Breakfast outstanding.

The breakfast was exceptional. Huge variety , fresh , and tasty . Everything was so amazing , it was difficult to choose what to eat . The restaurant was lovely with amazing view . The private beach was a treat :)

They cannot help it but there is construction ongoing right in front of the expensive rooms so i looked at beach and a construction site. There is also a bu8ilding that someone started and obviously had to abandon. That is an eyesore. This is not the hotels fault but still irritating. Their outdoor areas are lovely.

Staff were wonderful. Breakfast and outside eating areas beautiful. Pool as well.

Nothing to dislike about the property, loved our stay. Would definitely recommend

Our room was excellent and the facilities of the property were just absolutely perfect. We dined at the hotel each day of our stay and the food and service was incredible
