The room was very small, and the bathroom would be hard to maneuver for a bigger person. However it was just fine for me for a comfortable stay.

Exceptional price, and very close to all main attractions. The host was very responsive and friendly/accommodating. Room and bed was comfortable and clean.

It’s a small space, which we knew from the photo and description. The Wi-Fi is only weakly secure, so my iPhone blocked its use, mostly a forewarning for travelers if you need web access. Owner (or granddaughter) could list some bakeries, restaurants, cafes or vendors that they recommend and walking directions. Just suggestions, however.

Good location for walking from bus terminal and also Diocletian palace. An experience too living in the warren of narrow cobbled alleys. Quiet. Crisp air dried linens. Owner was at a funeral, but grand daughter dropped by to help us with entry.

A little hard to find as u cant cab to front door u walk into a block of buildings but our host was excellent. She walked up to us where we were located and walked us through and even grabbed my partners luggage and carried it the whole way and believe me it was heavy very nice lady. She’s the owner, the cleaner that does everything very nice lady made us feel welcome helped with later check out by keeping luggage

Close to everything in centre town Split and was clean and very comfortable. nice little patio that gets sun pretty cute little place.

The bathroom is super tiny. If you are larger in size - may be tight. The room was also small so would recommend for shorter trips.

As we arrived early, the owner allowed us to leave our luggage and even brought it upstairs to our room. The pillow selection - we loved to have a choice between 2 types of pillows and had a very good sleep. Good air-con. The location is great to visit Split old town.

For us, it was good. It is a bedroom and small bathroom.

It was very close to the port and the center of the city. Within walking distance to everything ✨️ Our host was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a small common balcony. If you needed to wash a small item, a nice clothes line was available 😃

There is nothing we did not like. This accomodation met and exceeded our needs. Highly recommended for individuals, couples or siblings. Convenient, clean and safe area. Friendly owner and attractive room.

A little hidden gem. Very comfortable room and excellent value. We would definitely stay here again. The Rooms Marija was a little hard to find at first but the proximity to the Old Town was outstanding. Communication with staff was exceptional.

Booked this extremely last minute. Instructions and guidance to get into the room were easy as there’s no reception. Great location and got to meet the host who was lovely enough to let us leave our bags while we went out for lunch after checking out

Highly recommend. Great location. Marije was friendly and kindly let us check in early as we arrived on the ferry and it was so hot!! The room was super clean and the balcony very cute. The fridge was useful too. We highly recommend AE kitchen and wine bar round the corner, much better than any place close to the centre.
