During our stay, the Local Authority were making necessary repairs to the roadway, and this was quite noisy. This wouldn't be the usual state of affairs.

Well located, right in the heart of the Old Town. The property owner was very helpful and attentive. The bed was very comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom with shower was perfect. At this property you are right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town, yet the double-glazed windows keep the hustle and bustle at bay.

The room was a little smaller than we expected.

The location was fantastic, on the main street in the center of the walled old town. If I could, I'd give location an "11." The owner was very helpful and informative. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was great!

I thought everything was perfect to be honest.

Very central, our bedroom was overlooking the Main Street of old town. We could watch the parade from there in the evening. The shower was easy to use and the host was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Shampoo/conditioner as well so you don’t need to bring any. Room was very clean. Triple glaze windows to keep the noise out at night time! Also host will send you a long WhatsApp with recommendations etc so that was very useful. Thanks again lady

It was centrally located, clean n comfortable. The landlady is extremely responsive n gave excellent tips on where to go, restaurants etc. Everything provided was in good working condition. Will stay here if I ever come back again.

The lock on the outside door. Two flights of stairs hard to get suitcases up and down. 2 flights not bad for Dubrovnik

The only thing worth noting (which is clear in the reservation page) is that the studio apartment is a 3 story walk up. No elevator in the building. This was no problem for me, but can be for those with limited mobility.

A fantastic stay in the studio apartment on the 3rd floor. The soundproofing on the windows ensures a quiet stay on a very hectic central street of Dubrovnik. The bed was very comfortable, the host was super attentive, and the apartment was spotless. I would stay here again on my next visit.
