The Food in the Restaurant (Dinner) Took Forever

This property shows as a 4 star at booking, but when we arrived we were told us it's more like a bed and breakfast.... Breakfast is offered at Villa Diana hotel infront of The view, good service but food quality could improve by offering fresh fruit. Shower tiles had mold.

Spacious room for families with great view. Paid parking on site. Close to downtown.

Location in superb, less than 5 mins walk to the centre and promenade. Staff are courteous and helpful.

Lighting in the room should be brighter. The air-con was set at the eco-temperature which could not be adjusted to be cooler so it was a bit too warm and at night we had to open the window. The bed was a bit too soft as well.

Location not far from bus terminal and there were the elevators.

It was good value for money

It’s centrally located close to historical sites and both bus and train station There is also a supermarket across it Breakfast was reasonable Parking at site available for 15 euros per day, you will need to call the staff to let you in, I didn’t try it after 10 pm as that’s when there is no staff on site

Air conditioner never reached the set temperature, it did not have enough power to cool the room. The room was not soundproof, could still hear the noise from the hallway. Breakfast was alright, but it is not a 4 star hotel breakfast.

Location was perfect - 5 min walk to the old town. Room was clean and spacious. View from the room is nice, even on the town's side. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

All was good.

Room was large and comfortable, breakfast tasty and a decent selection. Staff were really helpful and nice. They gave us an ocean view room even if we hadn't booked one and the view was gorgeous.

German-style comforters- two for two people instead of one big one. The bad was okay. Just not as comfortable as it could be have been. Weirdly, the hotel occupies 2-3 floors in a modern sky scraper and their reception is on floor 8. Also, there is no access to the building or parking lot in front of the building for your car, taxi or Uber. You have to take your luggage down the elevator to the street, which is across the parking lot. We were lucky it wasn’t raining.

Big, beautifully appointed bathroom. Oddly, this room had the largest window and best views. A bench for luggage!!! Lots of spaces to put our things. Hot water and lots of it for showers. Accommodating staff. These people were absolutely lovely.

I really don’t have anything to complain about. It was exactly what we needed for our stay.

The location was a short walk from Diocletian’s Palace and the Riva. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful in directing us in where to go and where to eat. They always welcomed you when you came in the door and were very approachable.

Lication was great, 10 minutes to the bus station, 10 minutes to the old town - everything was at hand. Loved the view from the room and croissants at the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful survice desk team.
