Honestly nothing. This hotel was a great find and I can't really think of any flaws with the place.

The View Luxury Rooms are an amazing find in Split. It is close enough to walk to the Palace in 10 minutes, but away from the main strip. The breakfast was amazing and there was lots of choice for vegetarians. The staff were so friendly and gave us so many tips at check-in. Also the people who clean the rooms are the most efficient and lovely people ever!

Great place to stay if you are using the ferries which are a short walk away, and also easy to walk into town for dinner. Kristina on reception was incredibly helpful - thank you. The tower is not charming architecture but the rooms are good, and offer fab views of the city/sea.

There are no words to describe how amazing this place from the design location staff etc top place highly recommend would certainly stay again! The staff was super helpful friendly and accommodating. We had a few early morning starts they did not want us to miss out on breakfast without asking prepared meals packs for us!

We loved our view and the spaciousness/ cleanliness of our room. Breakfast was wonderful! It was an easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Your staff was so helpful and a concierge stayed late to make sure our large party got checked in. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our extended family during my son's wedding. 😊

We had absolutely zero negatives.

The property overlooks the beautiful city and the pristine blue harbor. Everything is within walking distance. The breakfast served from 7am-10am is world class! Buffet style with fresh fruit, breads, meats, etc but you can get cook to order eggs as well. And the coffee! The breakfast area on the 8th floor looks out over the harbor which is stunning. The room is modern with comfortable bed and bedding, large bath with contemporary shower. Rooms look out either over the harbor or out on the village. Both views are amazing. So - we could not recommend the hotel more highly. Very friendly staff. And yes - you may send laundry out and get it back the next day. We will miss The View and Split. Nice!

We needed a nice apartment close to both ferry port and bus station, and this hotel was just the right choice. Well designed room, really clean - and the view from 10th floor in the evening was amazing. The breakfast was also very good. Kristine is a genuinely warm, welcoming person - she smiled and seemed fresh even though we arrived late in the evening. Another man receptionist helped us a lot before leaving to Plitviče. Heartfelt thanks to both of you! My son liked the room so much that I had to promise we'll come again later 🙂

The location was perfect! The staff were amazing and we can say that they went above and beyond in order to ensure that we have an amazing stay! They recommended an amazing restaurant and places to visit and the best part they even prepared breakfast bag for us as we were leaving quite early in the morning! Also they arranged us a parking spot (in front of the hotel)! We couldn’t be more thankful!

If you are driving, be aware that you will need to carry/push your suitcases up a small incline, across a street and up some steps to reach the entrance to the hotel. Not really a problem for us, but you may want to find a way to drop off your luggage before parking.

We loved having a room with a view over the harbor. The room was not large, but it was very comfortable. The View is just a short, two-block walk from the Riva promenade and Diocletian Palace. Tony was exceptionally helpful, especially with parking. He provided a discount for parking in the lot that was just a block away, and he met us there when we arrived and when we left. The breakfast was delicious too!

It was not easy to find the entrance, and we were slightly concerned on arrival that we might have been scammed, as one side of the building and lower floors were a construction site. Suggest better signage on the main entrance, as it was difficult to distinguish where the main doors were.

Great location, close to main beach and the city centre. Also close to the bus station, including free transfer bus to the mall. Fabulous breakfast. Staff were really attentive, and incredibly lovely.

The place was amazing. The room was big, nice view, very good equipment in them. The breakfast was very good with a nice view too. But the best was the staff. The people from the reception, the cleaners and all the team was very nice and helpful. Another thing, the location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. If you go to Split, this is the place to go!
