Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The property is modern and well designed. It is clean and comfortable. The hotel is back away from the street making it quiet, even when sitting on the outside balconies. The spa downstairs is very nice with great amenities. We particularly liked coming back to enjoy the spa after a long day of site seeing. The breakfast was diverse and of good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes walking from the main tour areas of Split so it was convenient but far enough away not to be in the middle of huge crowds and noise.

Everything! Loved that you could use the spa during the stay! Nice staff, rooms are nice and modern with cool amenities. Breakfast was also good although I would recommend putting a coffee machine with different options.
