Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Very central, nice modern hotel, friendly staff, decent-sized rooms, windows could be openend. Bed comfortable, good breakfast. I had asked for a quiet room and that was noted; we were on the fifth flloor facing the back and enjoyed quiet nights despite the hotel being in a busy area.

The location was amazing, very close to the main attractions, good restaurants and airport express bus. The staff was very helpful: amid my stay they sent a survey to my email and I wrote (not that important note) about the towels being old. In 5 minutes, I had new towels delivered to my room which is what you call “caring for customer”. The room was spacious enough, silent and clean. Definitely I would rebook.

Spain- I asked for separate beds and when I got to the room it looked like a queen bed but it was made of two separate beds which didn’t make up the expectations for a 4-star hotel, it was really bouncy and uncomfortable, it fell towards the middle

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a metro station right next to it. Also the hotel's parking garage is right next to it. But the parking area has space for 8-9 cars. Hotel staff is very friendly.

We stayed here over New Year. Hotel was really well positioned near a Metro which took us to the Thermal Baths easily and also was well placed for walking around Budapest. Room small but comfy. Nice little balcony. What made it were the staff they were all so lovely and helpful. All the reception staff were so efficient and engaging as well as the bar staff. We did not eat there but restaurant looked nice.

RomaniaIf you travel by car it’s going to be verry hard to find parking. The hotel has one, but I considered it to be quite expensive. They charge an extra 30euro/night.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center, which makes all the important sites to be at a walking distance.

The location is very nearby the main train station. The station has many stores making it very convenient. Hotel staff are amazing. Wifi is great. Some of the best attractions, restaurants, nightlife and shopping streets are all in walkable from this location. There is an airport shuttle bus stop on the main road near the station as well. It can't get any better. All boxes were ticked.

SlovakiaThe check-in process took longer than expected, which meant I had to leave my car parked on the pedestrian walkway with hazard lights on for an extended time. For the price, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The washbasin being located in the room instead of the bathroom was unusual and quite unpleasant.
The hotel’s location was excellent—right in the heart of Budapest. Parking was available at a fair price in hotel garage. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The room was quiet and clean, making for a comfortable stay.
