Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThere was lot's of noise from the nearby street all night. So much so that you felt you are in the middle of a busy highway. You cannot sleep without earplugs (which we didn't have). Also the room was very poorly equipped for the price, it felt more like a student dorm than a hotel/guesthouse room.

Arrived pretty late but still got accommodated very quickly. The location is very good if you have a car, and free parking is great. The room was clean and the beds were pretty comfy.

IsraelThe rooms were small and we booked for 3 people, to parents and one child. They didn't have an extra bed or a mattress for our child, although we were willing that if they would have the emtra mattress he will sleep on the floor. It would be wise for the hotel to keep an emtra mattress.
It was close to the airport and free parking. It's a good place to stay if you're coming or going to the airport by car, but a little bit far from the central city.

Slovakiai was cold, i stayed here in october and you shoul use climatization for heating .. but climatization stoped on selected *C, but it didn't start when it started being cold. it was really uncomfortable at night

PortugalThe room had a window facing the street, but, unlike previous comments from other guests, the noise coming from the traffic and people passing by was very tolerable. The noise that was not tolerable was the one coming from the other rooms, at 4am we could hear the other guests talking in their own rooms. It was very unpleasant. Same thing otherwise, they had to asks us to speak lower. The window I mentioned before had no blocking curtains and made fall asleep during the day a bit difficult, so if you can only sleep in the dark you might experience some difficulties. My bf ended up with a stomach flu and throw up in the exterior stairs, as he didn't make it to the room fast enough, and when I went to inform the staff about this they told me there was going to be a cleaning fee for that, which, from my point of view, is ridiculous. We had to clean it ourselves by pouring water on the stairs to avoid a fee. At the end of the stay, the experience was positive... these aspects were a bit of an inconvenience but they didn't turn our experience into a bad one.
The Hotel is really close to the metro and bus stations. The communication with the staff was great.
