We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PortugalThere is no reception, so there's no staff on site but luckily I bumped into someone who was going in the bar and they charged me extra for an early check in at a reasonable price. My room was tiny and on the last floor, going up some very steep stairs. My room felt like a sauna. If I closed the window it was impossible to sleep. If I opened it then the mosquitos would sting me all night. They should consider having at least a fan, otherwise it's unbearable. Wifi was a bit choppy. Communal bathroom wasn't very clean.
Good location right in front of a supermarket and very close to the train/bus station. Area is safe and easy to move around on foot.

AustraliaMiss information about parking. This accommodation does not have parking associated with it. I booked specifically because it said it has parking, but I had to park 10 minutes away in a public car park.
Good clean room with easy access to bathroom facilities. Friendly helpful staff as I arrived. Easy pin code access to entrance. Good location.

Great location in the heart of Gyor with parking spots close to accommodation. Supermarket and bakery across the street. Easy and flexible self check in. Very warm room even outside was 0. Wifi works well. Hot water. For this money you can't ask for more. Recommended.

NetherlandsThe hostel owner disrespects the safety of his clients, and disrespects laws regarding foreign ID cards. He requires photos of both sides of your id card to be emailed in advance, that's illegal for a number of passport holders. So he wanted me to break the law.

GermanyThe checkin procedure was very complicated especially because I got dozens of mails and had to find the right one first. The kitchen could be better equipped. A reason to book the hostel was the offer of parking space. In fact there is no free parking, it is 800 Forint a day a few hundred meters away.
The hostel is located downtown Győr, so everything is within walkable distance. Though it was very quiet inside the room. There is a little kitchen with a microwave and a water boiler sufficient to make breakfast.
