I ordered room service and had to pay “tray charge”, which is weird because usually you’re only paying for what you ordered and MAYBE the service. During my stay an alarm was going on for 20-30 seconds.. that happened 6-7 times in a course of 2 hours. it was really annoying especially in a place that’s supposed to be so calm and chilly. The fact that you can’t pay in Euros for the stay was pretty disappointing. I had to pay in Forints.

Sooooo expensive! Massage was not worth it at all. Evening service was annoying, I think it is not necessary to enter the guests' room 2 times a day for cleaning and stuff....

When the hotel bar is full of cheerful groups, guests can hear them all the way to the rooms on the first floor. The hotel can improve the sound isolation and complete the resort with missing labelling for reaching the hotel. Given the high price of the hotel, the outdoor parking should be free of charge.

For us, the restaurant and bar were a little too much money for value. They were really expensive with limited choices - at least to someone who likes simple, traditional food. And what we ended up choosing was not as good as we expected. Also, there were some communication issues and ended up with one massage appointment instead of two (and by the time we realised that, everything was fully booked). Luckily we only went for the 30min option, and the nice masseur lady managed to find time for both of us.

The whole hotel (including the rooms) looks beautiful - new, modern, simple but elegant design, clean. Breakfast is excellent. We were going for a wellness weekend in the winter, and spent our time in the spa, which was really good with a nice view of the lake, comfortable couches and beds with nice pillows, glasses of water with optional lemon/orange/lime etc. slices, menta tea and several fruit on the table for us to enjoy and several options in the sauna world. We also tried a massage and I can recommend. There are chess tables in the lounge, which offer a fun activity after a few coctails in the evening.

literally everything the whole resort is clean, spacious rooms with everything you need there, respecting privacy and every single client, great service, nice lake view, marina with promenade to walk along the lake in a nice calm relaxing atmosphere, fantastic location, quite comfortable place, very polite and well trained stuff, everyone speaks english all guys are always helpful and kind, excellent breakfasts, good dinners with good wine choice, bar with nice cocktails, place totally worth staying even in winter, highly recommended

the dinner options for the main course should have been wider + the portions of the course were small. I am on gluten-free diet and even though the staff prepared special dessert for me the taste and quality was definitely different than for the normal absolutely amazing desserts.

really nice hotel. not cheap but worth it. it was full still there was enough space in the wellness place. Also everything was working as it should even with the energy crisis. great cocktails!

The room temperature was too high for me (winter November) even if I was switching off the heating, should I open the window to manage cooler inside temperature.

Great selection of different type of foods in restaurant, fresh fruits, fruit juices, fresh bakery products, quality ingredients, professional service. The pool area cleaning was excellent, continuous cleaning all the day, heated pools inside outside worked well. The hotel is pet friendly hotel and this is great you can go in such high level hotel with your little friend together.

Some of the meals (dinner) - soup and main course in particular - need more temperature. When they arrived at the table, they were only lukewarm. I wish, the non textile sauna would be better isolated from the other sauna and steam bath. For us it is normal, not to wear bathing clothes in the sauna - but when you are under observation from guests who prefer wearing clothes in the sauna - it makes you a bit uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff in all departments! Our room was spacious and well equipped. All materials and furniture are premium quality and i loved the bath room with large shower cabin. Excellent sleeping comfort! I slept really really well! Remarkable breakfast buffet with tasty egg dishes, baked beans, Letscho, milk rice, fresh fruits, Chia Pudding, ..... too much too list. I am confident to say, that this was one of the best (quality- and choice-wise) Breakfast buffets i have ever seen and tasted. Dinner was very tasty and innovative too. Always with vegan/vegetarian choices and always beautifully arranged. The service staff accomodated the meals very well and presented and served them accordingly. Compliments again to the kitchen staff - food IS excellent!! I loved every bite!! During our stay, the weather was bad, so we spend most of the time in the hotel - which was pleasant. Pools are wonderful, spacious and have pleasant temperatures. We both enjoyed a relaxing massage, which was of good quality.

We had a very nice experience at LUA resort. We spent 3 nights at the hotel. When we arrived there we had a very pleasant surprise: they upgraded our room. Consiarge and room service were great. However, what we enjoyed the most was the food at the NOON restaurant. The chef and the staff are doing an amazing job. Food was great!

Small issues: not all materials replaced within the room and had to ask the reception to fill them up. Called the reception in the evenings in the two different nights and no answer. Strange in a 5 star hotel and never got such experience. Cleaning lady knocked in the morning. Still was at sleep but opened the door and I was not able to had a conversation as did not speak hungarian, english or french. There was a coffee machine but no kattle in the room.

Still brand new and well tought of all the equiments where they put client’s comfort in the center. Superb restaurant with outstanding quality and attention. Loved the sauna within the bathroom. Great matraces choosen for the beds and pillows also well choosen. Our suite had a big long terrace that was also great to have with the 2 different furnitures.
