The price was not justified by the quality of accommodation and services. We booked 2 rooms, in one of them I found a strong sewer smell and in the other the shower seal was broken. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, so after we arrived in the evening, we had to look for another place to have dinner. Very poor breakfast and the buffet was not replenished during the entire period allocated to breakfast. With the exception of the employee who was on duty in the morning, no one in the team spoke an international language.

Large rooms, with mini bar, smart TV. Parking in the inner courtyard, safe. The young man who served in the morning spoke good English.

The location is ok for transit and close to the highway, the restaurant is not open during the day, so you can only eat in the hotel for breakfast, which is very well prepared and there are many options for snacks. I arrived in the evening after 19:00 and could not find anything open to have dinner. The room for 2 adults and 2 children is very large, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. In the bathroom dust everywhere and cobwebs, in the room a 3 cm dust under the beds but you close your eyes as if only for one night that matters. A nice hotel that has potential, but the smell from the common areas and from the elevator and the cleanliness make it actually a 2-star hostel.

Our eoom had a really strong smell to it and there was not enough light in the room. Breakfast was poor. We selected the place because it offered breakfast, but were disappointed when almost all was gone when we went down for breakfast. We had to wait for about 20 minutes until fresh food was brought out and also then the selection was minimal.

In 2016 this hotel was rated 9.5, now it’s a 7.8 but even that’s to high. Room looks clean but that’s only when you don’t look in the corners. The sauna and bath needs all kind repairs and cleaning. Breakfast is very basic

The room was clean but towels had strong smell (I have room for 2 persons and both towels had strong smell) The blanket was short! I am of average height, but even for me it was short The shower holder was broken. In the bath room was only liquid soap in big bottle. I don't know if they "know" about standard soap or shower gel?

I booked a room with double bed, and I received 5 single beds. the pillow very big or very small, not confortable at all. only one towel, assigned to the bed. no toilet paper. at the breakfast, half of food was finished (e g fried eggs). unfortunatelly, I stayed to a turistic hotel in extra sezon.

First of all, yes I am aware we should have lowered our expectations for the price we paid. However, a hotel is a hotel at the end of the day and should provide the basic cleanliness and comfort. The bins were not emptied. The room had two single beds when I chose the double bed. The shower was full of hair and dirt. The beds looked clean but at that point, we could not really trust them either. For breakfast, the options were plenty however again, the table cloths were full of stains on ALL tables. We got to the hotel at 10pm and needed a place to sleep at urgently without arguing with owners so we just decided to sleep and leave in the morning.
