Everything was super good. It can get a little noisy as it usually is a transit stop for tourists that might arrive late or leave early-(maybe just in the main building where we stayed).

The staff was very helpful. Great value for money, all you need is right there.

There wasn’t any shampoo/shower gel in the shower area.

It had a high ceiling and had comfortable beds. We also had chocolate, candies and tea which made us feel welcome. The lighting of the room was good, too!

For a night's rest, it's worth it. I think he had better times. The room is quite clean and equipped with some crockery and plates, kettle, microwave oven and mini fridge. Parking included in the yard, pet friendly without additional fee. About 15 minutes on foot from the old center.

Plain water was missing but we get it upon request. The fruit juice was not freshly pressed. Breakfast time 08:00. I would prefer 1 hour earlier.

Breakfast is standard european style with everything you need. The room was very clean and the amenities were new and in excellent condition.

It was noisy with late arrives around 01.30. The last ones didn't close the entrance gate.... as was asked. So the private parking was a little less private.....

Unfortunately, this is not a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness was far from acceptable—there were stains on the duvet cover, the bathroom floor was dirty, the wallpaper was peeling off one wall, the nightstand had crumbs left by previous guests, the shower drain was clogged, and there was a bad smell coming from the drain. Furthermore, it is evident that the rooms have not been well-maintained over time.

Noisy room. Breakfast cooking odor entered the room and it was a strong omelet on the pillow kind of smell. Room is definitely not dirty but quite below a standard clean hotel room (Sheets stained, dirty corners in the bathroom). Expensive breakfast for what you get. Basically it’s all a bit careless.

Unattended checkin went well. Courtyard parking works well and fits quite a few cars.

This was our second stay in this hotel, so we knew what to expect. Excellent location for travelers by car. Close ti city center and town exit. Everything is new and clean.

This is probably the worst experience I had, it is not even close to a 4-star hotel. I'll list all the bad things in order of how we encountered them: 1. It says the hotel has parking, but only after booking they say it's "first come, first serve", so if you're coming in late, you may have to look for parking elsewhere 2. When we got into room, on a chill evening, there was no heating, and you couldn't even turn the AC unit on heat (it has that function). So, I had to walk from the room to the main building to ask for it, after which they came and turned it on. 3. There was no hot water. This was way over the line at this point. I had to go back to the reception once again, and they said they would check. Nothing happened, we didn't get hot water, nor were we informed that it won't be any for the rest of the stay. 4. There was no soap In a soap dispenser next to the sink 5. There is a bug infestation at the hotel. There were few in a corridors and there was one in our room. It's a stinky bug as well, so you shouldn't really crush it. We tried hitting it with a towel, and then the huge cloud of dust flew from the place where it was. We managed to get it, but then it fell on the floor, where we had to move the bed a bit to get it and throw it away. 6. That is when we saw the huge brown stains on the floor. 7. We asked for a double bed, and for that, they put 2 twin beds together, but they don't fix them together, after the slightest movement, they move apart, which is extremely annoying. 8. The morning was no bettee, AGAIN, no heat (on a chill day), and no hot water, of course 9. We came in a bit late for breakfast, but still before the end of "serving" time, and they made no effort to check if there is any food left, you had to go through scrapes 10. The quality of the food was appalling.
