Stayed here for our anniversary trip and we were greeted by cute deco on our bed + a heartfelt note printed by the hotel, wishing us a happy anniversary. The bed was extremely comfortable, room's very clean and we got the mountain view room which was amazing. The staff were all so kind and breakfast's great too! Felt safe and taken care of, would definitely recommend this hotel at Batu.”
