    “aStayed at Novotel for 4 nights as Royal Heritage was closed. We each had a suite at Novotel. the manager #2 was excellent. Very friendly and efficient. The waitress Fanny was excellent ...very helpful and friendly. The Driver was also excellent.”

    “We booked at the Royal Surakarta but 2 hours before we checked in we received a message that due to the tourism and economic crisis the hotel is shut down and we will be transferred to another hotel “novotel solo” which was an older hotel. Staff didn’t even offer any type of compensation on the contrary there was a slight difference in the price “higher” than the rate which was on the booking application.”
