It’s a good hotel! The problem is the location. If you have big luggage, please ask hotel to arrange transportation. We only had backpacks. We went through a very little and hidden path according to google map. It’s fun!

Bathroom needs some work. The toilet was loose. Rain leaked in thru the exhaust vent in roof making floor wet all the time in the wet season. Caterpillars would also find their way into bathroom and are everywhere on the property but it is essentially the jungle so par for the course especially the wet season. Some safety issues like missing guard rails would be a concern but mostly for children. Many menu items were not available possibly due to low inventory due to it being low season.

The staff were amazing, Yondu and Yoga were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The view was great and was a quiet location. Rooms were modern and well kept.

it's a little bit in the middle of no-where, but everywhere on Nusa Pernida is in the .iddle of no-where.

The pool wasn’t very clean. There were dead flies and other bugs in it just floating around. It wasn’t very hygienic. The bathroom was a little bit… bad. The toilet was moving and there were some white stains in the shower. The wifi wasn’t very good either, if you work online/remote job prepare yourself!

The property is just like in the pictures!!! We were truly amazed! And it’s surrounded by nature. The pool was comfy and with a view to nature. The room was clean and modern but still had that comfy feeling of a cabin in the woods. It was truly amazing!! The staff were very kind to us and always happy, smiling and friendly. The breakfast was truly delicious and ENOUGH! I don’t know why some reviews suggested otherwise but there was enough food! There’s a store nearby and restaurants! You won’t regret the area one bit. We rented a scooter and basically drove around the whole island and this hotel is located 15-16min from the harbour. So it’s the perfect location.

As everywhere on the island there is unfortunately a lot of trash everywhere, so also around the hotel, which is ofc not their fault. Further the road, was as expected and mentioned by others a bit rough, however with a scooter we didn't have any problems getting there.

Breakfast was ok but we prefer the buffet so that we have more options.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean. A very modern and traditional place at the same time. The suite was the best! The stuff was so helpful and happy to assist us. Especially De Ardana is the sweetest! He did his best to help us with everything we wanted.

The pool bar was not functioning at all and there was happy hour advertised but during our stay no bar staff to actually provide it so the only option was beer. The road to get here was quite scary and small but that’s okay.

The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable, good location for a couple days in Nusa Penida.

the hotel can be reached only on small roads in poor condition, its okay though if you can ride a scooter the speaker for the prayer in the neighborhood was during the night too loud (rooms does not have proper sound insulation)

The bathroom was really very much below the standard of the room (shower without a box, only a small sink without furniture, the toilet was leaking at the bottom which caused a bad smell in the bathroom). Except for the rooms the whole structure was lacking maintenance, which is a pity because it could be really a nice hotel. The road to reach the hotel is horrible (specially the last 500 meters).

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was good.

Barely got any sleep. Call to prayers every morning at 4 or 5am. Add roasters screaming all morning and dogs barking. Rooms are not well isolated so you hear everything. No shower curtain so entire bathroom got wet. No glass in the room to use for drinks. Only small cups. Road to the hotel is really bumpy (bad roads in general on entire island)
