The “white” towels should be replaced as they are very used and greyish 🫣

The nightclub next door was horrendously noisy every night until 3 or 4am, meaning that a decent night's sleep wasn't possible.

The staff were lovely. The restaurant was excellent and well priced. The location was excellent for shopping.

The location was faultless. The room was pristine clean. Comfy bed and very very quiet even though it was in the centre of the action. The breakfast was spectacular.

I booked 3 rooms for me and my family and asked for 1 room to be ground floor for my Mum. It would have been much appreciated if this one request could have been accommodated - especially when I noticed that there were ground floor rooms available during our stay. Breakfast options during our stay were basic and not up to the standard I expected.

I asked for a ground floor room for my Mum, this was not provided. The room I was allocated in had a bad smell in the bathroom and I needed to get it attended to during my stay.

The room had ample space for a comfy chair to relax in without being constantly confined to the bed.

A new night club a couple of doors down meant that it was very difficult to sleep until 3am when the club closed. This is something that the staff had no control over

It's not a biggy, but the lighting for doing hair and makeup could have been brighter...

The room was not nice, we had 4 mosquitoes in our room when we arrived and a large bug similar to a coachroach. Staff were not overly friendly. AC barely worked. Least impressive hotel of our 2 weeks in Bali. Also highly recommend avoiding Kuta altogether!

The pool was beautiful, lobby very nice, and the breakfast was pretty good. Price was low and the bathroom had hot water.

Try to be as factual as possible. Cockroaches, mozzies and geckos in the room (2 last could be expected somewhat i guess but then having cracks in the door, skirting board and air con doesn't help!) Breakfast was limited choice. Lampshades were filthy as was down the side of the bed. Bathroom towel smelt of bonfire so much so it was unusable. The noise from the strip is deafening, unless you are there for the nightlife dont bother with this hotel as you wont be able to sleep.

Not much we checked out early. Staff were friendly enough and did offer the sister hotel but our expectations weren't high on that one so found our own accommodation. They were also very keen to get a disclosure signed stating we were not entitled to a refund, we hadn't even asked for a refund we just wanted out of there.

Bathroom was quite dated, not like the photos. Didn’t sleep much because of the nightclub next door. I don’t recall it being so loud and so late last year

We’ve visited the area before, central to where we know. The hotel was clean and the staff very pleasant
