This boutique hotel offers individual approach - you are treated warmly as a Guest, not as one of many customers. Upon check in, there is a welcome drink and then you are escorted to your room. The hotel is situated in the nature, with lovely water pond, birds singing and sounds of frogs. The hotel is rather visited by couples, I saw no children meaning it was very quiet. The swimming pool is amazing - it was practically always empty (maybe because I was off the season). The breakfast at the swimming pool was the highlight of my staying (together with yoga) The staff is extremly helpful and friendly - they remember your name. Food at the restaurant was tasty and rich. I loved spa facilities - thank you to Deni and Setia for great massages and romantic bath. At last I would like to pay attention to the possibility of yoga - Mr Weda is a great instructor and I fully recommend to book a session with him. His patience and wisdom were highly appreciated. Thank you to the entire staff for a memorable staying.

Our honeymoon at Unagi Suites Resort in Ubud was beyond perfect. The staff’s warm hospitality, a tastefully decorated suite, and the serene ambiance made our stay magical. We enjoyed exquisite meals at their restaurant and a romantic poolside dinner. The resort’s location allowed easy exploration of Ubud’s charm, and the spa services added a luxurious touch to our experience. A surprise champagne breakfast organized by the management was the cherry on top. Highly recommend for a romantic and tranquil escape.

Nothing about the property itself, just location wise you’ll need to have a form of transport that’s not walking, it’s quite a bit away from a lot of the main restaurants but in a way it’s also good cause it’s nice and quiet

Customer service was impeccable, perfect place for 2-3 nights if you want to stay in and order room service. We recommend the private pool villa. We loved that you could take breakfast and afternoon tea in your room without the extra charge.

The best hotel we ever stayed at. Beautiful villa with private pool. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast, coffee/tea in the afternoon, the cookies in the evening. Beautiful Sky lounge to enjoy the sunset and their delicious cocktails. The restaurant Ely’s Kitchen is of very good quality. It was nice having a shuttle into the city center, but we liked that the hotel was located a little bit outside the busy and touristy streets. They also offer driving services outside the shuttle hours to closeby locations. We used it to visit Tegalalang early in the morning, the driver took a detour to show us some beautiful views on other rice paddies along the road. Was one of our highlights. Staff was amazing, very friendly and accomodating. We felt so pampered.

Villa with private pool was stunning! Sky bar with views of the jungle were incredible! Staff treated you like family, especially by Edo who made our stay very special with our private pick up from the airport and tour of ubud.

There was nothing not to like!

The service was phenomenal, staff were so kind and helpful and anticipated our every need. The room was stunning and was cleaned/towells changed etc. twice a day. The free breakfast is very good. Mila at reception who handled our booking was absolutely lovely as was Irfan the photographer who done a photography session at the villa for us. The hotel is so beautiful would definitely stay here again. All the staff were so kind and polite it was really a next level experience. Would definitely recommend.

The one thing that may not suit everyone is there are lots of stairs here

We stayed at Adiwana Unagi Suites for 3 nights in a pool access room and really enjoyed it. The grounds are stunning. The rooms are large, clean, well-kept, luxurious and have everything you need. The timber, carvings, bamboo and painted murals give the modern room a traditional feel. The service here is friendly, warm and welcoming. There are little extras showcasing Balinese culture which we loved…complimentary afternoon tea (on the top deck at Sky Lounge) which changed daily and includes portions of traditional Balinese cakes/snacks, there are local, exotic fruits in your room, we received a delivery each evening that included delicious biscuits along with printed information on different aspects of Balinese culture. Breakfasts/dinners/poolside snacks are all beautifully presented and delicious and Sky Lounge was our favourite spot to relax at sunset or after dinner with a cocktail. The spa makes the most of the tropical jungle with waterfall setting and the experience is bliss.

A peaceful haven a little walk (or free shuttle) out of the busy town centre. The staff were exceptional, couldn't do enough to help and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities and breakfast were excellent and they helped us to organise a tour too.

The only thing, the night entertainment could end a little bit sooner, because you can hear it in your room, but it wasn't a real problem :)

Everybody was so nice and always Had a smile for you. The breakfast was great, you could choose from a card and also got Fruit, Juice, Coffee and Croissants with it. The shuttle to the ubud center was so practical, we used it almost everyday. the Pool is so beautiful and always quiet.

Fantastic stay at Adiwana! It’s situated a bit outside of Ubud which is perfect if you want to escape the busy main roads, but they have a shuttle service that takes you to the centre. The room was fabulous and the staff is always available for questions or if you need anything. Delicious breakfast too!

Awesome accommodation in Bali, Ubud. A little bit far from Ubud Center but provides a quiet and enjoyable place to stay. Staff was awesome, always ready to support for anything and make your stay easier. Standard suites are already quite large, king-size bed, balcony if on upper floors or direct access to the swimming pool if at the lowest level. Adiwana offers all comfortable feature in an very Indonesian-looking resort.

This is the second time I come to Adiwana Unagi Suites and I wouldn’t come to any other hotel in Ubud ! Everything is just perfect : the rooms (very spacious, well decorated, with a very big and comfortable bed and everything you need), the food (excellent breakfast and restaurant), the pool, and the amazing staff who is so kind, always smiling and does everything to make your stay perfect (special shout-out to Prabie).

I LOVED EVERYTHING FAULTLESS

Exceptional resort. Staff are incredible professional at all levels. Pool area is quite intimate. Room 111 heavenly spacious and the outdoor tropical bathroom divine. Ely's kitchen diverse loads of options to suit any pallette or diet. Location is outside busy downtown Ubud and the daily shuttle service is such a convenience. Whatsapp communication is a real bonus

Once the shuttle was 15 minutes late picking us up from Ubud, which was a little inconvenient. But at least the staff were responsive about it on WhatsApp.

Beautiful room and comfortable facilities. The infinity pool was great as well. Very nice staff, very good English too. They helped us book a driver for our transfer, and he was the best driver we had! The restaurant food was pretty good, but not as good as some other places.

The room was spacious and comfortable and looked over the infinity pool and forest. The staff here are exceptional and could not have been friendlier. Ely’s restaurant was excellent. I loved the complimentary afternoon teas. Free shuttle into Ubud. Even though it rained during our stay, we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the peaceful surrounds.
