There is a pond with fish in front of the room. Beautiful decor but the trickeling of the water can be a bit annoying at night.

Very nice hosts. They were so helpful with everything and we could rent a scooter for 100k right there. The breakfast was also a great service, rooms where very comfy with a big bed and they clean it daily.

Just want to give a heads up to other travelers that our bathroom was only equipped with toothbrushes and bar soap. We used the bar soap for both hand and body wash. We brought our own shampoo and conditioner to use. There is no hair dryer. Additionally, it was a bit difficult to flag down staff members when we needed help. However, Kevin was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and would send a staff out for help when requested!

I stayed with a friend here for 5-nights total. It was super comfortable! There was plenty of space in the room equipped with our own private bathroom. The facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. They provide towels for you without cost. The room has a ton of great storage options and they also have clothing hangers. They tidy your room upon request. They serve breakfast every morning from 8am-10am. They have a menu selection that you can choose from and you can message Kevin what you would like. They have a small shared kitchen area for guests where you can find a water dispenser and a small fridge. The place comes with a cute orange kitty you might be able to see roaming around. The location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed staying here after hostel hopping for a month. This is a great way to spoil yourself without breaking the bank. They provide tours and activities as well. I did not know this until after booking all my tours so I recommend taking a look at what they have to offer. I attached an image of their services.

As a 3 star accommodation, the room should have had a small fridge and electric kettle. The breakfast area is made of glossy stone and is very slippery, a sign could help preventing people from slipping and hurting themselves.

The property is clean, breakfast is good but menu is a bit limited. The room does not have fridge and electric kettle. The property is about 30 minute drive from the city centre and the main means of transport is motor bike or taxi. Kevin (hotel owner) can organise renting bike with or without rider for you.

Kevin and his stuff was just amazing and make me feel home directly. His property is just an oasis from fruits and plants. The room (4-dorm) is small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing- especially the Jeje Bali! But the true worth of it is Kevin and his team!! Thank you so much. Also renting a scooter is easy and so you can arrive everything pretty quick.

The bathroom gets very wet after the shower because the water spills over, so I'd suggest providing two towel-mats to keep the floor dry and prevent accidents.

The staff! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. The common area where we have breakfast in nicely decorated and very pleasant to start the day - breakfast is also delicious by the way. The lush garden and the fish pond next to the rooms make this a very peaceful place for a good night of sleep.

The property is nice, with calm atmosphere. It is located a few km from centre - just right to avoid all the chaos, but reachable with motorbike or gojek. The owner is really nice and helpful (our luggage got delayed and he contacted the airport stuff to help us, really nice). Food was delicious, the room was clean.

Nothing much negatively about this place. I can mention that it's bit far from the centre of Ubud, which we knew before. For us it wasn't a big issue as first days in Ubud we stayed closer to the centre and we wanted to relax more. Also we rented a bike which makes things easier. Other small and easy-to-fix things were, no room service (making bed and changing towels), shower head support was broken, so we have to hold it at all times (this was an issue in other commomodations we stayed in Bali as well, maybe it's just how it is) and few rats outside in the garden.

Very nice family business. After few days in Ubud staying close to the center, we wanted a more relaxed and cultural experience. No regrets! They have four rooms available in their family backyard. Everything very private and nicely setup. Cosy garden and common area for breakfast. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff received us very well and information on the breakfast and bike to rent. The breakfast was nicely prepared by the owner's daughter, simple but good. I would recommend this place and come back in the next visit.

The atmosphere was giving the “Balinese experience”. You are in the nature, it’s calm and quiet. Facilities where good, clean, convenient. This place is owned by a lovely family, always keen to have a talk, and share good activities. They are really flexible. I recommend 100% this place.
