The staff is super kind and welcoming, we really felt at home. They all made an effort to accommodate our requests. The place is in the jungle, a fantastic getaway from all the crazy city lifestyle that many of us have. What a gem!

It is a very nice hotel very calm chill and very well located in Ubud It’s a very nice hotel group with an amazing facilities and very friendly stuff. They give us an upgrade when we arrive and everyone was very friendly. Me and my friend were a little bit sick and they were very friendly and professional from the first second it is my second time there I really recommend Hotel

The rooms were slightly on the smaller side, and the washrooms didn’t have locks in them. Bus the shower didn’t have a door, so the entire washroom got wet when showering.

Though our stay was short, it was well looked after. The staff were extremely generous and helpful. Especially the ones who helped us reach our rooms and helped us out with the luggage.

Only negative is there are no ramps so if you have a pram/ stroller - you need to carry it as there are lots of steps to get everywhere.

The views were stunning! The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure you had a comfortable stay. It’s a bit further out from town, but taxis in are not so expensive/ the hotel also has a shuttle service.

My daughter says “no water slides” lol. In all seriousness, for two kids 11 & 5 it was great, the staff were very good, and they relaxed and loved the pool and room

I cant fault the property my only comment would be you dont need to promote the tours, people coming are either happy to stay by the pool or will come and soeak to concierge if they want to tour.

The style and craftmenship of the hotel was incredible. I loved the use of stone and the pool was beautiful.

Most of the facilities were fine except swimming pool. Water of swimming pool was very cold. It should have been maintained in a decent temperature.

We had dinner at the restaurant - it was local cuisine and was nice. However not sure if it’s directly related but me and my husband had some severe food poisoning in the evening after having dinner at the restaurant. We had to cut short our stay at the hotel and in Bali to go home to get medical care.

Staff were all helpful and friendly. Beautiful views, tranquil setting in the middle of the forest, nice pool view. Good line-up of activities of guests such as rice plantation walk.

It’s an incredible place surrounded by jungle. Really no words to describe it. The villa we had was out of this world and the swimming pool was also very nice. The restaurants were great as well, even the cocktails.

I didn't like selection in the menu of those 2 restaurants in a hotel. Wish to have more European options in the menu. A bit far from center, but monkeys and greenery around is an advantage

Amazing hotel, I’m happy that we chose this location in Ubud. You feel like you’re in a national park or zoo, but you’re in a 5 star hotel with perfect service. The pool is something unbelievable, breakfast was great, our villa was cozy and cool. Highly recommended.

The quality of food needs a major think through. While the service is great, the property needs to think about how to truly revamp their menu

I expected the food at the restaurant to be more traditional but didn’t really enjoy “ketchup-based” sambal. Breakfast were fantastic, other meals were more like catering for western tourists.

one night money did keep us up as they were fighting on the roof, which for one night was fine. and you are literally in the jungle!

Friendly staff, relaxing vibe in the middle of the jungle. Great pool and gym too. The restaurant was excellent and each night different which makes the stay never boring.
