Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. IndiaThe rooms were slightly on the smaller side, and the washrooms didn’t have locks in them. Bus the shower didn’t have a door, so the entire washroom got wet when showering.
Though our stay was short, it was well looked after. The staff were extremely generous and helpful. Especially the ones who helped us reach our rooms and helped us out with the luggage.

United KingdomOnly negative is there are no ramps so if you have a pram/ stroller - you need to carry it as there are lots of steps to get everywhere.
The views were stunning! The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure you had a comfortable stay. It’s a bit further out from town, but taxis in are not so expensive/ the hotel also has a shuttle service.

However not sure if it’s directly related but me and my husband had some severe food poisoning in the evening after having dinner at the restaurant. We had to cut short our stay at the hotel and in Bali to go home to get medical care.
Staff were all helpful and friendly. Beautiful views, tranquil setting in the middle of the forest, nice pool view. Good line-up of activities of guests such as rice plantation walk.

Amazing hotel, I’m happy that we chose this location in Ubud. You feel like you’re in a national park or zoo, but you’re in a 5 star hotel with perfect service. The pool is something unbelievable, breakfast was great, our villa was cozy and cool. Highly recommended.
