How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room isn't soundproof when start to sleeping there is a noisy sound coming from next room. Ammenities lack of handwashing soap

Did not feel very clean Breakfast was not the best - very basic and not many vegetarian options. Maybe there is more if you get there earlier The airport shuttle was not the most organized and efficient. I did make it to the hotel and back to the airport and it is a nice bus but I think ordering a car would have been much faster as I had to wait half an hour for other passengers.
Close to the airport - would only recommend if you have a long layover or a late flight Air conditioning worked They provided some water bottles and a refill station

not much breakfast menu & spicy, my daughter can't eat it. other choice is white bread only. when we come for breakfast around 8am not enough plate and cup. we have to wait. also spicy chicken and fruit finish. we wait again.

Stains on sheets, very basic

Breakfast is too simple
The towels are clean; the bathroom is ok, the bed is alright, and Breakfast can be improved. The location is ok, although it is not close to the bus stop, close to the airport, and the hotel provides a shuttle van to the airport

The suttle bus to the airport as a compliment only leave avery 1 hour, not anytime when you need to drop off to the airport.

Breakfast food is of very limited variety and dressing for the bread could be improve. Staf are are more concern with their hand phone than giving attention to hotel guest have their breakfast. Room is underlighted and abit too small.
Hotel is at good location for transit passanger to the Sukarno-Hatta Airport. Transportation is easily available and short waiting time. Staff are all of good personality and are very friendly and courteous to guests

The shower is not good enough, need to adjust the water outcome. Breakfast was disappointed, all the cutlery was wet.

Cleanliness can be improved in near future. Bedsheet is faded and stained. Towel is faded and yellowish greyish. Luckily no awkward odour. The building is adjacent to a highway and the room wasn’t noise proof or sound proof. Not walkable from airport.
The consideration to provide/serve pastries and hot beverage as breakfast for those guests with early morning flight. The free airport shuttle (to airport) is punctual. Good stay for the purpose of flight transition only or one day tour in Jakarta.

Advertised from airport transfer pick up but made this impossible to access. No response to multiple emails and booking messages attempting arrange the pick up prior to travelling. Arrived the airport hoping to find a hotel representative driver but there was nobody there. We had no choice but to pay 200k for a taxi to the hotel. When we arrived and explained this to the receptionist, he pointed to the WhatsApp number on the wall behind him (which is not published anywhere else). So basically if you are coming from abroad, and don’t have their private WhatsApp transfer number, you cannot access the ‘free’ pick up.
Close to airport and free efficient drop off from hotel back to airport.
