My room didn’t have hot water so I had to ask to go to another room to get a hot shower 🚿

Old furnishings .. cobwebs .. no rest at night because of concerts .. earplugs might be useful .the staff changed our room to a better one anyway.

“Pool view” means south of the river, original room was tiny and smelled of mould - gave us an upgrade for extra 100k a night. Bedside sockets, ceiling fan and bathroom tap did not work. Was a miscommunication on spa payments as we paid masseuse in cash assuming that was for the service per their pricing and upon checkout reception wanted me to pay again.

Very friendly and supporting staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good location near the sea. Excellent spa and massage facilities. Very prompt cleaning.

The towels looks over use and some areas/equipment need to be maintained. For example, the AC in the room was leaking and it was needed to put towels on the floor to avoid water around the room.

Great place for families, very well located and with easy access. The hotel is on the 2º row near the beach. The beds and rooms were comfy.

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was right infront of our room. Room was spacious. Staffs are very accommodating and helpful. You can enjoy snorkelling because the riff is few steps away from the restaurant.

the big pool was dirty and water was green. we didn't want to swim inside the big pool. There was lot of mosquito in the bedroom but it was nice the staff gave us spray to kill them. It was really humid in the bedroom

love this place, i always come back here. staff is always nice and good service and really lovely. perfect location for snorkeling. The spa is really the best for me in bali !

Room was a bit dark and very close to the main road so I was up early. The light around my bed was blinking and they had no intention to fix it. Bathroom was ok but could Use some light renovations.

The property inside a beautiful and peaceful garden, pool area is good. Room was big enough with good amenities. Breakfast was good. Good location.

Booked and paid for a pool view room, however the room we got had a view of a fish pond, garden and the bottom of the foundations of the swimming pool.. questioned staff about this and they said it is classified as a pool view room ( with no pool view) Refrigerator in room did not cool and a/c was not cool and also very noisy in operation. Larger swimming pool was also not clean and had algae in parts of the pool

So much more to this property in person. Would have been very stately in its time, remains stately now. Great location. Awoke to a rooster crowing early and then fell back to sleep each day. Loved the visiting cat looking for attention. Felt very calming and homely. Terrific quirky character for a relaxed beachy holiday. Beautifully friendly people and rooms well made up everyday as requested. Terrific location with the restaurant across the road (not busy and easy to cross). Beach and long sun chairs directly on the beach. Black sand and rocks (wore beach going Zorali sandals in the water, to snorkel). Amazing colourful reef fish. Bintang to cool down before lounging in the umbrella shaded sun. Cocktails and more Bintang for sunsetting beyond Mt Agung volcano. All in all, had everything we wanted plus more for the 4 night stay. Banana pancakes and scrambled eggs for breky. We’ll definitely be back. Amed is magical 🙏❤️ Warungs with live music and beanbags small walk down the hill. Also Pokebowl a little walk into to town with a band playing great tunes 🙏

The pizza

Perfect location, right on the beach, with a little Supermarket close by. The buffet breakfast is great, and the restaurant meals are good. The swimming pool is big and clean. The room I booked was very close to the pool, but a bit small, so I upgraded cheaply for a very nice one, on the beach and near the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and arranged my transfer for my next destination.

Facilities are quite old, Our poor old AC struggled to keep the warm out of the room through its made gaps in the doors. Was also leaking quite a lot for our stay, soaked several towels, the did get someone to fix it once mentioned, so more our issue for not reporting it earlier tbh. Sliding doors struggle to open, didnt want to push to hard for risk of breaking it and bathroom sewage smell seeps into to the room.

Booking.com customer service for flights was/is terrible. Worst travel experience in 35 years. Forced to pay £2.7k at check-in. Shame on you booking.com!

Amazing location, easy access to the beach, great beach cafe, swimming with the fish and coral in seconds. Great roof top bar with amazing sunset view.
