ChinaTraffic is generally bad in Bali, Uluwatu is no exception. There is construction going on in the neighborhood, has a slightly noise impact, especially staying on the roof during day time.
The pen house view is stunning, the balcony and swimming pool is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is overall high quality, except a little bit salty for some courses at the grill near the beach.

AustraliaHaving to walk up to the main hotel area for breakfast up all the stairs. Def not a hotel for the disabled body. The lack of air conditioning in the main restaurant, the 2 small air conditioners didnt cut it. The view was sensational from there though. Would be handy to be able to also have breakfast at the bar near the pool. Despite the hotel being lovely I don’t think it can justify the price we paid.
View was great. Food was good. Pool area was good. Rooms large and clean. Nightly turn down service excellent. staff were lovely and very helpful.

AustraliaHonestly, the food in the restaurant was atrocious for the price you pay. Overcooked lobster and prawns, and sloppy undercooked linguini. If you’re going to charge people western prices for food, make sure you train your chefs to be capable of delivering consistent good food. For me, this wax extremely disappointing. Dinner cost me $250 (without a good bottle of wine), and it you can get better for $90 in Melbourne (where they know how to cook)

United KingdomThe rooms lacked a little TLC, our balcony door wouldn't shut properly.
Beautiful hotel, the entrance & reception is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and clean, the rooms with a balcony have a great ocean view. The spa is calming and relaxing, well worth a visit. The location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the main high street and a 20 mins or short bike ride to Padang Padang beach. The staff were all super friendly, a special shout-out to Uni in the reception team who went above and beyond to help us.

AustraliaThe stairs are killer , this place is not suitable to the elderly or unfit or injured Made worse by the fact we were told on checkout day about an easier more direct route to our room , after struggling up and down for 4 days . Nobody took the time to ease our discomfort . The in house dining was poor we ate most meals out

SingaporeToo many step i have to take to my room. Up and down stairs. Not for my weak knee. It causes more pain to my knee. From our villa to the main pool has to walk down 2 Steep slope and walk back up after. Our villa main door latch needs fixed. Not secure. Pillow needs change.
We had a 2BR villa with private pool. Very spacious. Good for family or friends gathering. The best sunset view at the infinity public pool. Staff are super friendly.

India1. Dinner options at the restaurants are limited! 2. The steps to go down to the beach from the property were broken (no fault of the hotel) and the only other option was to go out of the property and take extremely steep steps to get down to the beach. This should have been notified before check in rather than after.
