Often unstaffed. Strange room configuration with bathroom and toilet in entrance area. Hot water not working well.

A bit difficult to find down some small lanes but quiet and close to beach and good shops and restaurants.

No hot water! Or even warm water. I had cold showers for 7 nights. I told the staff on three occasions, but still cold showers. On 3rd time, staff member told me to wait 10-12 minutes for it to warm up. Nope, it didn't, and I moved lever to left and tried and moved to right and tried. All just cold water. I would have been happy with just warm water, but no, it was always cold.

It was convenient for a couple nights to stay near friends that had a villa near by. Staff were friendly. Pool was underwhelming small in the lobby area. Strange layout. Room was fine for the price point. No outlets at the bedside tables. Staff brought me an extension cord with outlets which was nice. I think I was in one of the superior rooms. Shower and toilet in glass cubicles so no privacy if you are travelling with someone else. Also open air in both no glass to the outside. Thought that was strange. Privacy shade so no issues and I was in 5th floor. A great couple of cafes easy walk from hotel. Spas and a convenience stores close by in either direction. Overall was pleasant for a couple of nights.

The room is clean, but it is a little rough around the edges. It can be updated to where it would be "ready" to receive customers without them looking at it to say, hmmm, something can be fixed in the room. But it is clean though, I suppose can't complain about that

The only thing I didn’t like was the toilets and showers, because they have glass doors.

The location is perfect, only a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops , the staff was very polite and helpful.

The aircon in my first room was not cold, so I had to change rooms. That said, management were very helpful and obliging

The pool is excellent, the rooms are a good size and well fitted out. The manager was really very charming and helpful.

You need to wait for a while to get hot water in the shower. No space to dry wet clothes and towels. A bit weird that you can see through the glass door of the toilet and shower.

Nice room, friendly stuff, they have provided us with water every day. Nice view from the balcony. 10min walk from the centre and the beach, good location.

This boutique hotel isn't palatial, with a small pool & few loungers. No sockets by bed nor shower gel/shampoo. Balcony in room is of little use as you can't sit on it. Room top/6th floor is used for drying clothes which is a shame as it could be a great place with sunlongers. Wouldn't ask for tourist advice from front desk as English isn't great.

Location is only 5-6 minutes walk to main beaches and 10 minutes walk to KoDeTa, one of the prominent beach clubs. Rooms were serviced daily, A/C was good as were treetop views. Breakfast was good, especially for the price. Safety boxes in room, with wardrobe, desk, chair & TV.

Place has great potential but small things let it down. Lovely pool but not clean. Tv has all the channels but they are all fuzzy. Room gas a safe but no key for it. Towels and sheets clean but very worn.
